Good. The owner identified where/how the mice were getting in and plugged the hole. Mouse problem solved.

My husband didn't believe me when I said we had mice in the attic. I followed Larry around as he found mouse hole after mousehole on the outside of my house and plugged them. He also found a large crack in the chimney a previous exterminator had missed years ago. He is a gentleman with personality plus and great customer service. He didn't laugh at my fears & answered numerous questions in a respectful pleasant manner. My husband thought he was very professional and even better Larry proved to him I was right. We will hire him again to do our rental properties.

It went well. West Side Pest Solutions provided information concerning their methods and spent more time in (and out) of our home than I expected. We have not see a single ant since they were at our home about 5 weeks ago.

They got rid of all ants inside our house and we've been ant-free for the past 4 months since they came.

Perfect. No ants. He said that should take care of it - it has - and told me to call him if there were more issues. If not, he would not need to come back. I appreciated that he did not tell me that he needed to come back once-a-month for the next year.

He sprayed around the house and deck perimeter with Termidor. He saw some small ants on the outside of the house, but no carpenter ants in the leaf litter. Then he dusted up in the ceiling where the ants were building a nest. We haven't seen any ant activity in the two days since the application. Larry says the treatment will last a year, and we should repeat in the spring. I'm now on his reminder list. Larry is very personable and shares a lot about his craft and how the critters behave. It was a pleasant experience for me because I enjoy the chitchat.

As usual, Larry does a fantastic job. He took care of the spraying and answered all questions we had. This is the second year we have used West Side Pest Solutions and intend to utilize theior services every year as a preventative measure. You can't go wrong with these guys!

I had been dealing with mice on a daily basis for more than one year at my new house. I had hired another company and continued to have issues (60+ mice). I found West Side on Angie's List. The father/son team came out quickly -- found seven entry points, even after previous company supposedly found a few. After West Side's visit, I had two mice (probably trapped inside house) and since then -- no more mice. It's been four months now and zero mice -- finally -- I am so relieved. I hired West Side for ongoing bug treatments.

In some ways I wish they would just communicate by just giving me a call and asking me or a text or even an e-mail just asking me do I need their services. Their really a pleasant father and son team I really like them. I thought maybe they would do more like go around my house now that the weather is, there's no snow so you can, there's not a lot of debris so maybe go around and see since it says that they are pest solutions and just see if there are any spaces, I know mice can get in really small spaces but anything that maybe could be caught or cemented up or something that they would even do that but I think all they do really is go around and set traps.

Perfect. Caught one more mouse, then none. Looks like he got all the holes in 1 visit, but offers a guarantee of 1 year to make sure. I have used Larry Jr and Larry Sr several times in the past (for different homes) and they are always a perfect solution. Highly recommend.
