Hope you had good luck with another provider for your squirrels. I am just too old to be on ladders and roofs anymore. A thorough inspection of the roof area is normally required to do a thorough inspection for squirrels and I didn't want to waste your time and money. Thanks, Larry

Description of Work: When I called to schedule service, provider clearly did not want to travel to my suburb; said it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to it. I told him if he didn't want to come to my home, he could give me a refund. He said he could not do that and I would have to contact Angie's List. No service was scheduled or done.

I explained that to you at the time of your purchase and informed you that you had to contact Angie's List for a refund since you paid Angies List not me. After our last discussion this week I contacted Angies List for you and asked my representative to research your account since you had not be given a refund. He found your e-mail and forwarded your refund request to their help desk for prompt action. I hope that they have contacted you and arranged for a refund on your purchase. Description of Work: Though Larry did not provide service for me (our home is located outside of his typical service area) he was knowledgable about the insect problem affecting my home. He took the time to educate me about the process and chemicals needed to resolve the issue as well as what I should reasonably expect to pay for services. He then readily gave me a referral for another pest control company that services my area.

Went well overall.
Description of Work: No mice in the house this winter. Company came out on a miserable rainy fall day and found and plugged all entry holes around the perimeter of the house, set traps (in case any mice were already in house) and said to call in in two weeks times any appeared. Overall good job.

Description of Work: Larry looked around the house, inside and outside for possible places that Mice could come in. He was very courteous, pleasant and professional. He sealed up a few openings, set some interior traps, and told me to call him if we see any new mice. We saw some new mice and we had to call him again. He promptly came and sealed the remaining openings. Larry was very professional and thorough, and I really enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend him.
