Description of Work: I received an immediate reply back from my message and was able the schedule a service call that same day. After seeing what our issue was and explaining why we were having it and our solution was letting nature take its course we were not even charged a service call fee. Description of Work: We had a bee's nest in the concrete front steps. West Side came out and sprayed as well as checked around the house for any other problems that might be present. He did find a small wasp nest in one of the gutters. After they did the job, no more bees & wasps!
