Description of Work: I called Larry for help when we discovered mice in the basement. This guy knows his stuff. He inspected the perimeter of the house for signs where the mice were coming in and closed up the entrance. He then re-did it after he noticed the bumble bees apparently had a nest in there too. I had no idea! He is personable and professional. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely call with any future pest control needs.

Description of Work: I was having some windows replaced and we disturbed a wasp nest. They would not continue the work until it was taken care of and West Side Pest worked me in that day to take care of it so my windows could continue to be installed. Very flexible, helpful and responsive.

Description of Work: They assessed the source spots of the yellow jackets and wasps and sprayed these areas. On the ground bees they could recommend a better solution than spraying. On the wasps they returned after a couple of weeks at no charge and touched up 3 or 4 small spots. Very friendly and helpful advice.

[member name removed]: Sorry for the confusion on your cabin on Big Lake. It was certainly covered with spider webs and carpenter ants. I knocked down most of the webbing on the cabin and garage before I treated it. Spiders will certainly try to come back during the Spring and Summer but the treatment should kill them quickly. The carpenter ants should also be gone for the rest of the season. Hope you enjoy it between our monsoon rains. Larry
