West Side Pest Solutions

Wonderful! 2nd year with West Side and we will continue to use them.

We’ve used them for a couple of years. We pay an annual rate. I think we pay maybe $200 for the year and they come several times and when I need them they come. I think initially we paid less them that when they first came because it was an Angie’s List coupon kind of deal.

So far we've had two visits--the first to do an initial inspection and the second to follow up several months later when we again had mice. Both times Larry came out and did a thorough inspection and filled in any gaps or holes they found.

Did a thorough check to access points, identified problem areas and treated appropriately. He answered my questions and provided options. He checked back to be sure the problem had been taken care of.

The service person was pleasant and professional. He got back to us within a day and scheduled the service promptly and at our convenience. He explained what he would do. He checked the garage and foundation of the house and found two big "mouse holes". He plugged the holes with a special type of material that mice would have trouble chewing through. We have not had a mouse in the house or garage since then (about 4 months). He said he would come back if the work did not take care of the problem and phoned us 2 weeks later to make sure everything was OK. He encouraged us to call if we had questions or problems.

It went very well. I was very pleased. They were wonderful. He came out, set traps and on his own has stopped by to check the traps and I have not seen a mouse since. He was a nice guy and I liked him.

It was okay. I did not pay more than the big deal. The price was good. He did a good job. He was good. We have not used them before.

Larry was great. Answered the phone, and made an appointment within a week. Was right on time for the appointment. Was friendly and efficient. Found several possible entry points, and plugged them. After trapping the mice already inside, we have not had any more find their way in. Nice work. And guaranteed for a year.

Very well, have heard no scurrying since.

He found two possible points of entry and plugged them. He also set traps by one of the entry points to catch any mice trying to leave. He provided additional traps to trap any mice remaining in the house. We worked with Larry who came when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and a thorough pleasure to deal with - Thanks Larry!

Larry did a very thorough job checking the outside of the house for where the mice were getting in and filling the holes to prevent further incursion. He was very knowledgeable and and worked quickly to fill the holes and set out traps. He was also very friendly and answered all my questions without patronizing me.

I called Larry and got on his schedule within the week. He was on time and very professional. Took a walk through my home and then spend a majority of his time looking for exterior issues. He found them, took care of them, and set traps inside to resolve the issue. He guaranteed his work for a year and told me to call back in a few weeks if the problem persists and he'd come back.

It is very unprofessional when a service provider fails to return calls. When they serviced our home last year, I graded them an "A" for prompt and professional service. We had absolutely no issues. Now, with a new issue, I called them several times and left messages over the last few weeks. None returned. My time is valuable. There is no excuse for the simple courtesy of a return call, even if to simply say, we are over capacity and can't service you for xx amount of time.

I know it was the same fellow that came out. It's somebody that's been in that business a long time. It's not a new company. This is the second time that we had had him. I understand some people have him come every year but we just didn't start right away. On the first visit? Oh, the same. That's why we had him come back a second time.

We've had them before and were very pleased with them. For one thing, that it's effective. It really has worked very well. He is prompt. He comes when he says he's going to. He's very pleasant. He takes care of what he came to do and heads out again. It worked out well. What he does has certainly worked well for us so we'd have him back again. We didn't shop around for different prices with different people.

It took a few days before all of the yellow jackets succumbed to the spray that was applied. Service man came back twice to check on the mice control. So far that has been successful. We were very pleased with the service.

Response time was very quick. Also came back a week later, after we saw a few more in the house and found a second nest. Happy with the service.

Awesome. We literally have avoided our deck all summer because of wasps. He treated the shutters and some other hotbeds and the impact was almost immediate. We went from ducking and rolling out the sliding door while getting dive bombed by several wasps to seeing one occasionally. Upon inspecting our deck he found a yellow jacket nest that was truly dangerous and treated it as well. Oh ya...he also told me where mice were getting in the house and a quick, easy, non invasive and inexpensive way to solve that issue. Great guy, great service. He will be back to my place for sure.

As well as can be expected. He seemed very professional and knowledgeable and his service lived up to his word. I will use him again the next time I have an issue.

Larry is the best person in pest control. I will never use anyone else. AND the year long package is worth it for so many things.! Because I had purchased the year coverage package - the visit to take care of all the above was no charge.

Problem resolved. By treating outside where bees built nest under siding we also found where they were coming into the house so we could seal inside area. Liked having a 3 month warranty.

Excellent - there was a mix up on the time, but Larry Sr responded quickly and where able to setup an appointment for later in the day. I had questions during my appointment and time was taken to answer an explain everything for me. Great work, will definitely call next year for service again

West Side Pest Solutions is the best! After my service call, I received multiple phone calls to check up on me and ensure that I was happy with the service and that I didn't need anything else! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

I feel bad I'm forgetting his name, but Larry's son was out the day after I called. (Both Larry and his son are a pleasure to work with.) He listen to my concerns and was able to determine the insects from my descriptions. He was thorough in his inspection and assessment of what needed to be done. He explained what needed to be done before he did it, completed the work, and clearly laid out what steps I would need to take in the future. He also took my children and pets into consideratin when determining what to do. this is the second time I've used West Side Pest Solutions, and I will be calling them in the spring for our next treatment.
