Description of Work: he found two locations that mice were entering my home. He closed the two locations and set traps. So far, I have found two dead mice in his traps.

Description of Work: Larry Jr. came out twice to our new house, the first time we had not closed on the house so traps were unable to be set do to pets. He was very accommodating and returned the day after closing to resolve any problems.

Description of Work: Larry sprayed a specific area to kill the wasps -- we had a 'mating swarm' hanging out in our garage roof. The service was excellent. I only rated a 'B' for price because I felt the coupon I purchased was a bit spendy for what was actually required.

His company does not handle that as it's rare in this area, but he was really helpful in telling me what I should look for in another company and what the treatment process might look like. He also provided recommendations of some other companies I could contact, which was great. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness!

I was so impressed with the attention to detail including taking care of indoor treatment and plugging a hole found outdoors that could be a vehicle for pests to enter my home even when that was not necessarily a part of the purchased deal("above and beyond" is how I would describe the service). I have just completed a second ongoing service and will continue to contract with this provider. The service was complete and professional.

Description of Work: Had a major problem with wasp nests around the outside of my house. He arrived on time, explained what he would do and did it. Price was as stated in the deal. Told me what to do to prevent the problem from occurring next year. I am totally satisfied.and the wasps are gone.

Description of Work: We use West Side Pest Solutions for our pest control. We had a bee problem, so they came and did a bee and wasp treatment, they sprayed the outside of the house.
