The install day was literally one of our worst blizzard days in winter of 2019, and the team still showed up and got the job done in a day. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use Norske Electric again.

Brevik and his team were a dream to work with--We were having Xcel convert our overhead electric lines to underground and needed to have an electrician install a new electric meter socket. The process is a little confusing, but Brevik helped explain everything and made it super easy. We also asked them to install a couple light fixtures. His team did a fantastic job--Respectful, clean, fast, and great communication. I would absolutely hire Norske again!

Everyone I worked with was great, from the office to the technician who completed the work. We sold our home and needed some electrical work done prior to closing. They were able to send someone out quickly. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. Provided a detailed explanation of work completed to be presented to the buyer to validate work completed and explain why a couple of adjustments original request. I was very happy with the work completed and would hire them again.

Brevik did the estimate and gave us some options for how to resolve some issues. Also for a few things on our list, he offered suggestions that were low cost options rather than paying an electrician to do the work. I appreciated his honesty. He provided a complete bid and the work was done professionally. This company is now on our list of preferred providers for the church.

Norske Electric did the installation of an overhead light fixture / ceiling fan a while back. The service went great, and the fixture has served us very well. But what is truly remarkable about this company is that I have called them several times to consult them about weird electrical things (e.g. flickering lights), and they have given me excellent advice over the phone, letting me know when I could just monitor the situation or giving me ways to solve the problem myself. I have greatly appreciated that, and they have earned my trust. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Great service, communication and work. I sent in a quote request for troubleshooting/replacing a GFI outlet outside that would not reset or would trip after 5 minutes. Brevik responded via email, but also called me to discuss. Friendly guy and was helpful. Originally thought it would be a couple weeks to get someone out, but he was able to get a guy out within a week. Electrician was on time, polite and did quick work. Replaced GFI (old one was overheating), tested it and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Tough pill to swallow paying a trip charge for such a short job, but they were upfront about the costs, so no surprise. Would definitely hire again.

This project went great, Brevik was helpful in determining/suggesting what kind of lighting my unfinished basement needed. The work was done quickly and the guys were professional. The inspector flagged one requirement specific to St. Louis Park and it was promptly addressed. I would recommend and hire again...Pictures included are before and during.

It is really difficult to give Brevik business. He has solved two electrical issues for me with free advice. He is responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. The one paying job he did for me a year ago (ceiling fan install) was 20% less than any other quote.

Norske was very responsive to my initial email. Unlike other venders I contacted who insisted on a non refundable travel charge and an extimate on the first visit, Norske quoted me a price per fixture. When I was billed after the work, there was no extra travel charge. The work was meticulous, the electrician on time, pleasant and skilled. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to call them again when I need electrical services.

Brevik was great at communicating to determine what was needed and the person that did the work did a great job, was punctual, and very competent. They were both very nice to work with on this project.

Brevik and team have done numerous jobs for me, both at my primary residence and at my rental properties. The jobs range from simple to complex. Including installing antique lights, bathroom fans, running 220 outlets, running new outlets through existing ceiling/walls, finding bad outlets, fixing circuits that always short, etc. Each job is done professionally and with the best in customer service. A truly great electrician.

Everything went great. Installed one of the newer Panasonic bath fans. Also attached a new vent system in the attic. There was an issue with the fan later on (Panasonic issue, not Norske) and Brevik, the owner went out of his way to make sure we got things corrected. I would definitely use them again for any electrical needs!

Purchased a deal for replacement of smoke detectors. Extremely helpful technician provided details on the installation, and helped to identify two additional smoke detectors that weren't testing well, and were likely to fail in the near future. Very professional service, and he even vacuumed up ceiling dust that was displaced during the install.

After I purchased the deal, they called the same day to schedule time to replace my ceiling fan and wall control. They were on time and very helpful and professional. Would definitely hire again!
