Description of Work: Called them after we lost power in part of the house after the storm. Brad called me back right away and it turned out that I just needed to press a reset button on one of the sockets. I am first time homeowner and technologically challenged. I would have never figured this out. He was extremely polite and just walked me through this over the phone without charging me anything.

Description of Work: We had a ceiling fan installed by Norske. The service provider was friendly and helpful, even removed his shoes at the door. Worked quickly and the ceiling fan install was perfect. Hasn't fallen down yet!
