Description of Work: Excellent. I now know what is wrong with my hot water heater and that I will probably need to replace it in the near future and also why I get both hot & cold water on the warmer setting I moved it up to. |I have been trying for some time now to get this evaluation done, but couldn't til now because the date of service hadn't been entered on line. Needless to say, I was very happy when I saw this email. Thank you.

Description of Work: Mike is all about money--not fixing plumbing. Had a leaky bathroom faucet--he didn't know how to take the handles off so that didn't get fixed. To remove and replace this faucet would cost $260.00. Had a leaky kitchen faucet--he wrapped some plumber's tape around the sprayer, then told me there was a $60.00 trip charge on top of the $39.00 I had already paid. What he did wasn't worth $39.00 much less $99.00!!!!!! (I refused to pay the extra charge so he was not very happy.

Description of Work: He put in a well water tank. I know that it was in a pretty tight spot and some conversion had to be done, everything works fine and I thought it was a fair price for what had to be done.
