Description of Work: Scheduled service and was appointment was cancelled day of several times after waiting hours to have them arrive. I had to call after they were an hour late the first time to be told they wouldn't be coming as another job ran over. Understandable but I should have been called before my scheduled appt time.

Description of Work: Great guy and great communication. Got the strong feeling that he really wanted to sell me a new water softener before really even looking at mine (had prices all written up for me, etc). Didn't really want to find a work-around but instead went back to the list. Good guy, just not sure I got what I actually wanted, which was an honest attempt at the cheaper fix. Hard to say for sure, so getting a B instead of an A.

Description of Work: This was the only plumbing firm out of three that even returned a call. Mike was very professional. He kept his first appointment, diagosed a problem and gave us a fair price for replacement of water heater. He responded to questions raised before the installation and kept his appointment date for installation. Job was well done. I highly recommend this company.
