Description of Work: Service and communication seemed good. The cost was quite high I thought for a bathroom faucet replacement. All that was replaced was the hardware on the bathroom sink. Standard faucet but cost over $600? Seed pretty high for an hour + of work and a faucet kit. But, I guess the company has to make money somewhere. Just didn't seem reasonable.

Description of Work: Furnace would light, then go out but the fan would stay on. Called Air Mechanical and since it was around 10:30pm, was routed to an after-hours answering service. They said a tech would call me in 20min, but they called in less than 5min. | |He diagnosed the problem over the phone and recommended saving the money for an emergency call and someone would be out in the morning. A scheduler called early the next morning and set an appointment for later in the morning. A tech came out, checked the furnace and cleaned the flame sensor. He was in and out in less than an hour.

Unfortunately, people don't always consider the costs of doing business, and being able to back up the repairs companies do. We charge $99 to come out during regular hours, and we always quote the repairs before we do the work. Having been in business for 30+ years, and having a well trained staff that can complete repairs in a timely manner has to be a factor when choosing a contractor. Just knowing the cost of a particular part can be very misleading. Having said that, we're always willing to work with our customers in order to make things right if something doesn't seem right.
