They were quick in both diagnosis and installation. I had an experienced tech who knew his stuff and made great suggestions and went overkill in making sure I knew the ins and the outs.

They are good for the garage doors and the openers. I would not recommend them on automobile parking verification laser. It didn't get adjusted correctly and the person had an attitude about it, we had to adjust it ourselves. I had my previous garage door for 42 years. They took down all the fixtures and assembled it brand new. The door is lovely with opaque windows. Everything that they put in is very neatly done. The service man knew what he was doing. He was very neat and hauled everything away. He broke a window and cleaned it all up because I have dogs.

They fixed the door nicely. They did a great job. They have good customer service and I would recommend them.

The experience was great. It did cost a little more, because he fixed a few things and re-set the door. They did a great job. I paid $100 more on top of the big deal. I will use them again.

Bad experience all around. I called the company yesterday to discuss what options are best for my garage door. This morning I received a call from a woman who didn't identify her name or company and said she was setting up a service appointment. This is not a good way to do business and I was quite confused. After I asked her some questions and found out she was from Metro Garage Door, I explained I wanted to find out what should be done so I can either get service done or request a qoute. The woman then cut me in and said "Can you hold on? I'll be right back". I waited but she never picked up the phone again. Instead another woman picked up and said "Metro Garage Door, how can I help you?". Now, I as a consumer was really confused. I explained I was talkinjg to a lady and asked her to put me back in touch with her. The new lady who answered said she too was confused and said apparently the other lady just transferred the call to the appointment desk without telling me or the appointment desk what was going on and left us to figure out what was happening. I really wish this company was more professional and had their act together. Nonetheless, this company's front office staff does not inspire confidence in me and I will make sure to tell all my co-workers at the office about them.

Called first, arrived when he said he would. Did not know I was using an Angie's Big Deal, but was not an issue. Replaced all rollers and made minor adjustments. Garage door is quiet again.

They were incredibly helpful and gave me several options that were in my best interest. They did great work and seemed well priced based on the research I had done.

Bad experience all the way around, but more to do with the tech than the company (I believe). First, I was told they would be there between noon-4pm, and the guy (I think his name was Jonathan) shows up at 4:15, which, after having taken the afternoon off of work was irritating for him to be late. Then, the experience proceeds to go like this: 1) I try to demonstrate what the door is doing (that I believe to be wrong), and he stands and, for some reason, refuses to look at the door, instead just staring at me with a look like "yeah, I can figure it out on my own" 2) He says "This should take 15-20 mins, I'll knock when I'm done" and stands there until I leave, acting like I'm not allowed to watch the work he's doing on my house. 3) Before he started I told him I was concerned about the down force setting and also about how high the door was being lifted. When he finished it didn't look any different so I asked him about it and he says "I didn't adjust either of those", and he acted like I was crazy for asking him too - when adjusting both of those to their proper settings is included (and explicitly stated) in the ad that I bought. Overall, just a very lazy job by the tech which is disappointing after spending $111. Based on some good reviews it appears the company is usually good, but this tech was more interested in getting home at the end of the day than actually doing the work I paid for.

It went smoothly. Metro came out to give us an estimate the same day we called. It was $200 cheaper than the other estimates we received. A week later, the door was in. Two guys came out and installed it. It took about four hours and the door looks fine.

I had to pay extra charges because we had two doors and we requested both so they did that to us and then we had extra rollers to put in our garage doors but we knew it upfront. They did exactly what they said. They told us exactly upfront how much extra we have to pay for what we wanted done because out garage doors are higher than normal and they were in and out pretty quickly and did a good job. We would definitely refer them.

Our experience with them was great. Their prices are reasonable. What stands out about this company is mainly their responsiveness. I called them at about 8:30 that night and they were there 8:00 am the next morning.

The office representative offered multiple appointement times. I chosse one, and the sevice tech showed up within the 4 hour window. He called to let me know he was on the way. the tech took the unit apart and showed me what ws broken. Told me the cost to repair and I authorzied repair. he fixed the unit, and checeked the door mechanism for correct operation. He also checked and tightened all of the components. He was very thorough, answered my questions, and left the area in good condition.

Was timely, professional and did what was promised.

Did it in about two hours. Garage door opening and closing was very noisy, now it is quiet. Works much better.

I was able to schedule an appt for when I wanted it. Technician called before he arrived and then arrived within the time I was quoted on the phone when I scheduled. Very efficient service, friendly guy. He got right to work and completed everything in a short amount of time. My garage door has never been so quiet when it operates! Have used this company before and definitely would again.

They were polite, courteous, on time and efficient at what they do.

Serviceman did great work, added cables to the job, which were slightly rusty. Door works much quieter now.

Will be out later this week. We'll see about timeliness and skills, have very old opener, so asked for older tech familiar with it. Had good Angie's List reviews, hope it goes well for me.

I called last night and arrived within scheduled time window the next day for urgent service. Precise and corrective measure were taken and fixed track. Everything back to normal working conditions.

Arrived on time. Performed the service and left. Garage door squeaked before. Now it is fine.

Great service! Haven't had any problems over the last year.

It took two visits, as with the first visit, the correct spring was not in the truck. Promptly returned a week later and we were all set. Highly recommend!
