Description of Work: I initially just wanted the $99.00 garage door maint. offer. However, in the process of the maintence, the repair person found that my one spring on the door was broken, causing some of the problems with opening and shutting. Once fixed, he helped me to re-adjust and now the door works like new.

Description of Work: One of the springs broke on our garage door. Initially we were looking to replace just the spring, but it was recommended to replace both as the other one might break or be weaker than the new one. They offered to do a torsion bar type opener,but they just used their last one in their truck and would have to go back tho the shop to get one. They would not have time as they had other appointments, but were willing to come back on another day. We chose to wait to get the torsion bar type. I was not present the day it was installed. My husband said it went well and they were quick. Even oiled a lot of the hinges in the door.
