The door had gotten off-track and was hanging in a precarious position. | |They came on one of the coldest days of the horrible 2014 Winter. They were prompt and courteous, and finished the difficult repair in very uncomfortable conditions.

Description of Work: Came to replace rollers as garage door was acting up. It would reverse at random times, for no reason, while opening or closing it. Tech came out, said our rollers were fine, and sprayed wD40 on all the tracks and springs. Told us to do this every few months. Also adjusted the up/down force on the opener. He left the rollers that were included in the deal, but we did not have him install them, as he said our rollers were fine, not worn out at all.

Description of Work: The provider checked our door and made some minor adjustments. We had an issue with our lasers, and it cost much more to have those fixed. I assumed we would have just paid for the sensor, but if I remember correctly we had to pay additional service fees for them to simply splice the new sensors into the old wires. I thought that more would have been covered in the tune up, but I felt as though the tune up fee only covered the technician showing up, looking at my door, and spraying some WD-40.

Metro had a coupon on their website for windows, so we added those too! Absolutely love it!! Nice people to works with, prompt and honest.

Description of Work: I have used Metro Garage Door in the past for service and have always been satisfied. It was finally time, so I had them install a new door and opener. The estimate and installation were easy to schedule, the estimated timing was correct, they did a good job and a complete clean-up. I will definitely use them in the future as needed.
