Description of Work: It went well. My garage door wasn't opening and closing correctly, and my house closing was the next day. The woman who answered the phone said it was no problem getting service the same day. She gave me a time window and said a technician would call. He did call. Jesse was the technician and was friendly and efficient and explained the problem. He put in a new gear assembly, inspected the opener, and then lubricated the chain. | |It was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: They replaced my garage door. The technicians were prompt and pleasant and worked on the coldest day of the year. When I called with a question about a noise, they sent a technician right out.

Description of Work: They realigned the garage door and performed some maintenance since it suddenly was not going up or down. They were able to come out quickly on the morning I called and get it done in a quick timeframe. I was informed of the condition of the door mechanism and told at some point, I will need a spring replacement but I can wait that out longer. Very professional and a nice guy, too. Highly recommend.

Called Metro who gave me several options for a new opener, recommended what they thought was best after talking to me (not the most expensive option) and were on site 5 hours later to install opener. Opener was installed with no issues and done in less time than expected. Technician also notice the rails and wheels could use some maintenance and did that at the same time. Great service and great response. I am a return customer of Metro (replaced springs 2 years ago) and will continue to use them.

I called around 8:30am, and by noon we had a new opener and keypad installed. The guy who did the work was very nice and professional, despite the very cold temps!
