Description of Work: ASKED THEM TO REPAIR OPENER (THEY DID - CLEANED OFF THE SENSORS AT THE DOOR); ASKED THEM TO INSTALL A KEYPAD FOR ENTRY INTO THE GARAGE. THEY PUT IT IN FOR $75. IT FAILED TO WORK. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $75 TO SERVICE IT (FOUR DAYS AFTER PUTTING IT IN)! AFTER ARGUING WITH THEM THEY AGREED TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT AT NO CHARGE. THE FELLOW CAME OUT ,DIDN''T GET THE JOB DONE AND LEFT A BILL FOR $75!

Description of Work: I HAVE A VERY OLD DETACHED GARAGE WITH OPENER. DOOR WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET DOWN BECAUSE IT WOULD STICK. THEY ADJUSTED AND LUBED TRACKS. INFORMED ME WORK WOULD BE GUARANTEED FOR A YEAR, SO GIVE THEM A CALL IF IT STARTS TO STICK AGAIN!
