+ -1 moreFlare showed up the next day on-time. They replaced a part that was leaking oil and tested the system. The noise was eliminated. I have used Flare in the past. They are always professional, on-time and get the job done right. About 6 years ago, I bought a new furnace and A/C from them. They have been a pleasure to deal with over the years.

Gregg, the estimator, was very thorough in his review of my system and his recommendation for replacement. He was prompt and professional as well. Work was completed the following week and the service guys, Sam & Joe, did a great job getting the old furnace out and new one up and running. Again, very courteous and professional. I had a great experience with Flare and chose to use them because my brother had a good experience with them and they also had the lowest quote.

+ -1 moreWe contacted Flare after getting a great recommendation from a friend, and we're very glad we did! Gregg Friehe, the salesman who came to give us the initial bid, was terrific. He was pleasant, thorough, and fair. We never got the sense that he was trying to oversell or hide anything. He called to check in after the installation was complete and even filled out all the rebate paperwork for us. Flare's bid was among the lowest we received. They were able to install almost immediately. Our new system was up and running less than 48 hours after we called to accept the bid. The installer was prompt, got right to work, and left the work areas clean (he even hauled away the cement slab used as a base for the old unit). The new system works very well. We'll definitely call Flare again.
Description of Work: They replaced the old A/C system with a new, high-efficiency system. The amount we paid is before rebates.
