The price was great, the analysis of the problem was much more thorough than other estimates and affordable. They were able to save me hundreds of dollars and did a great job.

The Flare technician fixed the problem. The A/C unit is running great. However, Flare charged us $145.00 for their technician to come out, identify the issue, and fix the A/C unit. Flare installed the A/C unit, including the electrical wiring. To charge us for their initial wiring mistake was wrong. I was willing to pay something for the speediness of their service call. However, I did not feel the entire amount owed was appropriate. After further discussion with Flare, we agreed to reduce the outstanding bill to $50 from $145.

I was very impressed by the people that did the selling of the equipment. They come to your house and tell you what you can and cannot do. They don't push anything on you that you don't need. While they were here, I learned that 1 gentleman had been there for 40 years. It is a family business. It has been in one particular family for 4 generations. They were neat. They have all the equipment to measure the sheet metal that needed to be cut and attached. It was all perfect and there was not a problem. They were here when they said they would and they left when they said they would. They cleaned up everything and it left with them everyday. They are real professional. They know what they are doing and when I had questions they answered them. They made sure that I had all the permits for inspection and everything went smoothly. So we are good to go. We didn't need to replace the unit, but we wanted too. It has filters that you only have to change once a year which is great. We are getting 3 separate rebates back which is great too.

Everythng went "as expected" ! No serious problems found. And YES, I will use FLARE AGAIN!

Everything went very well. They were extremely prompt and professional. We called and they came out to give an estimate within 1-2 days and then once we gave the go ahead, had the installation complete within a week. No complaints, we would use them again and recommend others.

We gathered multiple bids for replacement, and not did Flare offer the best price, but the sales process was very straightforward, lacking many of the gimmicks common with other companies that bid our project. They were very responsive to my additional questions both during the bidding and installation processes. They installed next day, and the installation crew was both professional and friendly. They hauled off the old equipment and left the house and yard clean and clear of debris. Overall, it was a very fast and pleasant experience, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for an A/C replacement.

I had called around to 3 other places before deciding on Flare. The price Flare charged was very good. Very happy with the service, and would hire Flare again.

The technician spoke to us about options that we should consider in the future - a freon-free system (but did not recommend that we do it today). I appreciated this because it was advance notice and not a hard sell. He was very professional and explained the options clearly.

I like that he was punctual and that they were able to get out right away.

Flare did a great job of troubleshooting the problem with the old furnace and offering options for fixing the old furnace or replacing it. We decided to replace the furnace and the AC at the same time. Flare replaced the furnace in one day and replaced the AC the next day. They completed all necessary paperwork for receiving the various refunds/rebates available. It was a great experience.

Project went very well. We had numerous companies quote, Bruce from Flare stood out to us as someone that was confident in his company, he was honest, and a pleasure to work with. The workers that installed the equipment were on time, cleaned up every night and answered every question we had. We have had the system now for 1.5 years and have not had an issue we are very happy with the work.

It was excellent. They were wonderful, and the entire experience with them was great. They were very quick to get a quote back to us and their pricing was very fair. They came highly recommended and they got the whole job done in a day. They were quite neat and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. We were very pleased and would definitely use them again.

I phoned Flare in the morning and they had availability for a technician to come in the afternoon. He was on time, professional, did his work quickly, and made appropriate recommendations. I could not have been more pleased with the company's response or with the technician.

Flare was quick to respond and scheduled an on-site visit the next day. They were very thorough and even came out a second time to assess the layout to see if they could find a better way to run the vents and ductwork. We received the estimate within 24 hours. Ultimately we decided (partially based on their honest evaluation) that we would be better of going with a ductless system. So even though we will not need their service, we appreciate their time and professionalism and would recommend that other people give them a call.

I was very happy with their work. Their price was reasonable and they were very clean. They didn?t leave any mess around. Nothing was half done.

They did an exceptional job. The pricing was better than competitors, they sized the unit properly, and they moved it an installed it in the location I wanted without any extra charge. The workmanship was generally very good.

The technician did a great job with the work, but when I asked him to honor a coupon for installation, he said he couldn't. I called their home office and they took the coupon value off my charges.

I talked to four companies and decided to go with Flare. The salesman Greg was easy to talk to and is not for gimmicks. We discussed numerous options. I received price quotes on two different setups. The pricing was easy to understand and all inclusive. After calling him with my decision on a Friday the installation was done the next Tuesday. The installer ran into some difficulties and immediately received extra help. Work started a little after 8 and was complete by 3PM. The work was neat, looks good, and works well. Of the 4 companies I contacted, only one other came close in price. In addition to the price, I also received and paid for the options I wanted, no more, no less.

I called on a Thursday and they were able to come out on Friday. Actually, they could have come out the same day but the day didn't work with me. They came within the 2 hour time frame they gave me, and called from the last job letting me know they were coming. They checked the unit and were knowledgeable when I asked my questions.

They were excellent. They did a really great job. They are very respectful about being inside my house and home. Their workmen were very quick, efficient, and respectful. I recommend them and am using them this week.

Bruce Yorks came out the day after I called for an bid. He gave me the bid after explaining many options before he left my home. He said the job would take 2 days, maybe 2.5. I received 4 bids altogether. Bruce's bid was not the lowest, but it was very close. Two of the other bids were $1000 higher. (The $6000 is after rebates). The install went great They had somewhat of a tough time because it was in a tight spot but finished at about 6pm on the second day. I am also the business administrator of a church and on the church property is a house that is owned by the church and we had Flare install a new furnace there. We had to have an abatement company come in and remove the old octopus furnace and asbestos coated ducts. That job went very well, too. I would (and already have) recommended them to my friends.

We enjoyed the no pressure sales experience and the installation process was exactly what Flare estimated.
