Description of Work: I had a bit of a different movinign situation where I needed to have my things stored over night so I could be out of my first house after the first closing, then move in to the second house several hours later. | |The timing had changed as there was some difficulites with the second party buying my home. This was no problem for A-1 though! They simply rescheduled me and got it taken care of. | |The movers that showed up were professional, pleasant, and insanely strong! They were extremely careful with all our things, treating them as they were their own. | |When they came to the new house the next day I made sure I had some coffee and doughnuts for these awesome guys as a small reward for doing such a great job! | |I will always remember A-1, Brian, Fred, Darrel, and Hector! There is not another moving company I will ever consider over them. Period. End of story! :) | |If A-1 happens to read this... THANKS A MILLION GUYS!!! YOU'RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!

Description of Work: We needed help moving our furniture to our new home, and these guys squeezed us into their schedule with very short notice. They were very professional and efficient. I couldn't have been happier with this service!

Description of Work: What a great company! We had several scheduling changes and A1 was very accomodating. At one point due to a legal snafu it looked like we would need to move - we were trying to work something out with the buyers of our house, and the property we wanted to buy was no longer available due to a legal problem with the foreclosure process. So we didn't know if we had to move and if we did, we were not sure if we could find a place or if our stuff had to go into storage. Fred told me to let him know by 2 pm the day before our scheduled move date if we needed to cancel. If we still didn't know where we were going, he said to just let the driver know where to take the stuff. If we needed storage, we could just let the driver know and A1 would arrange something for us by the time the trucks were loaded. Things worked out. The crew came on time, introduced themselves, and went right to work. it was a hot day, but they kept a fast pace. We moved a 3 bedroom house in 6 hours including travel time. I would recommend A1 to anyone. Thanks.

Description of Work: Very professional, they moved family from Minnesota to Texas. Spent 1 day packing everything, loading the truck the second day. Drivers called and asked when we would like everything delivered, and they were there in Texas at that time. Great experience. In Fact, they charged us less than the estimate because the weight was not what they had anticipated.. Excellent company to do business with. They were even prepared to put everything in storage for us, but in the end that was not necessary.

Description of Work: MOVING FROM 2 BEDROOM HOUSE TO 1 BEDROOM APT. 2 MILES FROM EACH OTHER. IT TOOK 2 GUYS APPROX. 3 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE MOVE. THERE IS ALSO A HALF HOUR TRAVEL TIME ADDED TO THE COST.
