Their service is great! They do stuff that I'd never do, like go into holes to retrieve the pests. They respect my home - they wear booties and they do a good job.

We were very pleased with Plunkett's service to treat a mouse infestation and a yellow jacket nest. They had to come back several times to deal with the yellow jacket nest, but they did so in a timely manner, and at no additional cost. The mouse problem was treated successfully as well. The service technician did a good job of explaining the services, and we felt that the service was very thorough and professional. If you are in the unfortunate position of needing an exterminator, I would highly recommend Plunkett's.

We have a bee problem at our house in Plymouth and I called Plunkett's to have them come out to help get rid of them. The lady on the phone asked me if I knew where the nest was which I didn't and she told me that nothing they could do unless I knew where the nest was located. If I knew where the nest was, I could of stop by Home Depoe and bought some pray and destroy the nest myself. I figure that they would of have the knowledge in locating the nest better then I.

Several "base stations" we're left in various locations and he will be back in two weeks to see if I have had any additional guests. They will return until the issue is resolved. I have a small dog, so I have been concerned about traps, so the unobtrusive traps and no poison are important.

We had Asian beetles and box elder bugs in our home. They sprayed the perimeter of my home.

We were pretty panicked when my older son moved back home to discover bites on his back one morning. We had every reason to believe he had brought home bed bugs. Since we are not interested in using dangerous poisons throughout our house, especially when we didn't know if we even had bed bugs (much less, where in the house they were), we didn't know what to do. I found Plunketts on Angie's List and was intrigued that they use dogs to sniff out to see if there are bed bugs and to isolate the area of the house where they may have spread. My son and I spent hours searching the internet to find out what to do. When I called Plunkett's. I was encouraged that everything they told me was consistent with what I had read. I was told that their dogs had spent the week sniffing out dorms and that they couldn't come until the following week. We spent the weekend washing and steaming and cleaning and the dogs came on Monday. We were THRILLED to find that the dogs couldn't find anything. They said they would come back a second time for no charge if my son found any more bites. So far, so good.

We have used them over the years for ant control. They are neat, professional and on time. Their prices are reasonable. They are also knowledgable and courteous.

My husband called them on Wednesday. The technician was supposed to call us to set up an appointment. He called on Friday morning with some time between appointments. He arrived in about 10 mins, assessed the issue, answered all my questions, treated the problem, gave me his business card and said to call if I had any more questions or if the problem continued beyond what we discussed. Start (phone call) to finish was about an hour. Great service! He said we might still see ants for up to two weeks while the scouts carry the treatment back to the main nest. A week later we are still seeing a few, but the frequency is better.

We had a nest in the front and they were all over the backyard too. We couldn't find the exact nest, but they sprayed in general areas in the back to get rid of them. The backyard was tricky since we couldn't find the nest, but they came out a second time and did more general spraying and it took care of the problem. Service was very prompt both times.

The guys who came were very friendly but went right to work. They seemed concerned about the issue and explained what they were going to do and what to expect well. A week later, one of the nests was still active and they came out to retreat for no charge the same day I called. It totally took care of the problem for us.

I called Plunkett's Pest Control and spoke with Deloris to find out how I could get pest control service for my Mom who lives in a remote area of Wisconsin. I reside in Alabama. Deloris was very patient as I explained the pest matter. Deloris suggested my Mom obtain sticky pest pads from a local hardware store and place them inside the building where my mom was experiencing the "critters" so the Plunket technician could identify what she was encoutering and treat it accordingly. Since I live so far away, I really appreciate the gentle touch and ideal solution which Deloris provided. Additionally, Deloris explained payments options which were available to my Mom and I. I am greatful for her suggestions and It's comforting to know good people and customer service still exist.

Called several times -- was assured a technician would call us within 24 hours. Haven't heard back from anyone.

They're coming out monthly over the summer, and I contracted them for services.

The Plunkett's technician provided an excellent service and gave me good information.

They were unable to make identification from a photograph I had emailed. However, another exterminator had no problem identifying the species of roach from the exact same picture that was used in the email to Plunkett. Plunkett just kept telling me the photo was too small. And then they didn't even attempt to follow up. They are apparently not looking for new clients.

They were absolutely excellent. They came back 3 times to make sure the infestation was gone because there were yellow jackets in my house. I would highly recommend them.

They are very professional and well organized. They notify me ahead of the scheduled visits. So far I've been pleased with the service. I've already recommended them to neighbors.

everything was excellent. The Plunkett's team was immediately responsive from the office staff response to the visit early the next day by Mike & Pat to check out the home and provide remedial services to address the mice issue. They closed many external holes in the foundation and set traps in the basement. They returned the next day to check the traps and re-bait. Especially positive was the responsiveness of Pat when I called him later the 2nd day to tell him we saw 2 more mice on the main level. He immediately responded and came out and set additional traps on the main level. I am very impressed with their responsiveness, throroughness and professionalism so far. Compared to our previous service provider, a well known national chain, I am very impressed.

I called them at their main office in Minnesota probably ten times and they never called me.

Polite and informative. They suggested some things to be done piror to doing their work and returned following our completion of this. Completed all work as estimated. 2 year warranty included in services we purchased. Highly recommended. This company is invested in solving problems. It's possible we will need continued services under the warranty and expect that service will be the same.

Brian was friendly and knowledgable. Haven't had a problem since. Signed up for the annual preventative plan.

They were really good. They have been around for a long time. They are very professional and made good suggestions. They were very cost conscience. They are reasonably priced. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and they helped me with my problem. They found out where they were getting into the house and they closed up the hole. I have been happy ever since. I thought the price was extremely reasonable.
