Description of Work: Currently in process of treatment for mice in home. Nathan came out and explain process and set traps. Has been back 3 more times to check and have not found any mice on last visit. He will come back in 2 weeks or as needed again to check on traps. Very good to work with and explains what he is looking for.

Description of Work: We called the 800 number with suspicion of bed bugs and they said they would get a message to the local person and he would probably get back to us in the next week, as it was Friday. He called five minutes later and stopped by that day. He searched the area we were concerned about, talked with us about what he was looking for and how much different services would cost depending on the result. He found no evidence of bugs, but took some samples we had collected before he came for his entomologist to look at. The bugs were not bed bugs and he told us what they were. We needed no other services. The only thing that was a bummer is that he told us he would call to let us know on Tuesday, and he didn't call until Friday. So that is a long time to wait when you are worried about bed bugs, but understandable how things can take longer than expected.

Description of Work: I have been a customer on and off for almost 20 years and asked for a service call to mitigate an ant problem. Their response was to go to a hardware store and buy some traps, because they do not service someone living in a MotorHome. I fail to see the distinction an ant problem is an ant problem. I'm very disappointed buy their lack of helping my problem.

Description of Work: Called them in regard to a pest problem. The problem was squirrels and they do not handle squirrels but the lady I spoke with was very helpful and gave me the name of another company, on your list, that she thought would be able to help me. No work was performed but the lady I spoke with was very helpful.

Excellent.
Description of Work: I was looking for mosquito control in our buggy backyard. The tech came to look at our yard and said that the service would not be effective for us. I appreciate the financial savings and honesty. He said we wouldn't be happy with the results and they would be out here all the time.
