Description of Work: They came out, assessed our situation, provided some fixes and put out bait traps. Their solution for closing the gaps the mice were using to get in did not work - we had to provide our own solution. It seems the bait traps may be working.

Description of Work: They were contacted to come do an inspection for bedbugs. It was quoted that there would be a $90 service charge. They also quoted that with the size of the townhouse, the cost would be approximately $12-1400. But when they did the inspection, they said the cost would be $2200 due to being a townhouse with shared walls. | We went with a different provider that was also listed on Angie's list. They did not charge a service call & their cost was $1400. | We were out the $90 service call.

Description of Work: We had a concern about bed bugs. A technician got in touch with us within a day or two and talked us thru what to look for, how to manage, and next steps. Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Based on this, it appears we probably have fleas, not bed bugs, and we have taken care of the treatment ourselves. But the technician gave us clear signs of what to watch for. If we do have a problem, we will definitely call Plunkett's first.

Description of Work: I selected Plunkett's because I had a mouse problem. other pest control companies seemed to emphasize insect control in their ads. The technician was on time and very professional and thorough. The price quoted when I scheduled the appointment was a bit higher than what I was expecting (I had never contacted an exterminator previously so had nothing to compare) but I wasn't willing to shop around or bargain. So far (1 week after appointment) I have had no further problems with mice. A follow up check is included.
