I really like our technician. Her name is Teddi, and she is really great. She is knowledgeable, and effective.

They are pretty good. They showed up the next day. It took them 3 days and they did a good job. Their price is reasonable.

They come 4 times a year and will come any other times I need service. Ryan is my technician and he is very responsive.

I am on one of the yearly plans with them. They are very thorough. They have been very good with their service. There is nothing that I think they can improve upon. They are as good as anybody else in the area, and they do other than food facilities. It is how I knew of them and that is the way I use them. I have had experience with them in the past.

The insects were actually under the siding of my house and they got in around the air conditioning wiring and the corner of the house. When I called them, I told them about the two places. They treated around the air conditioner, but, not the corner, I called back, and told them about the corner, again. They said they would have to charge me another service call to come out. They took care of them around the air conditioner, but to charge me for the corner again, didn't seem appropriate to me. Supposedly, the customer is always right and they didn't seem too professional in my book. I would probably use them in the future, but, I would verify.

We had a mouse in the house and we were trying to get rid of it on our own setting traps and all that. I had no success in doing that so my wife was quite upset about the idea of having the mouse there so we called Plunkett’s and they came out. It took them a while, a few days but they were successful in disposing of the critter. In addition to that we have had trouble with Asian beetles and they look like lady bugs but I guess they are of a different variety that was invading the house. We basically signed up for one of their contracts not fully understanding what it meant at that time, anyway good things are that they took care of the mouse and the Asian beetles. In addition to that they sprayed around the house and got rid of small pests like spiders in the basement. Everything that they said they would do they did and were successful at it. We just continued the service quite honestly because of the cost. It was 4 times a year that they would come out and the tax was pretty much the same every time. They did what they said they would do and they were on time. They were pleasant to deal with. I have no complaints or no reason to stop simply because of the price. I don’t know what the charges are online because they are the only ones that we had experience with, and it seemed high to me. I have no complaints with regards to the quality because they were successful with everything that they did. They were successful in treating the pests. They were always on time. I would not sign one of their contracts and it would be on individual basis for individual problem.

They absolutely know what they are doing. They have been in this business for a long time. The fellow that they send out is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He really knows what he is doing. The first time he came out it didn’t take care of the problem completely so he came back at no charge to try something else.

They have given us great service for years. The same guy comes out, which is really rare. They have been coming out for about 15 years.

They were very professional, responsive and knowledgeable.

They were great. We had an infestation of carpenter ants and they came on a consistent basis maybe for a year or so and did monthly treatments. They did get rid of the problem. It was the kind of the expense that we decided we were done with it but we didn’t want to keep it up once we got rid of the pests. They did a beautiful job and were pretty efficient.

I had mice and ants. I thought it was expensive but I've never had that kind of service done before.

We pay them annually. They are very reliable. We have a very old hose and so the basement is not sealed up particularly well. When we moved in years ago, we had discovered that there were mice. The person who had owned our house had vacated the house for a period of time and so the mice moved in. We have never had any problems since the time we have had Plunkett's Pest Control come. There is a particular person who comes to our neighborhood, he is just a great resource. If we ever have any questions about anything about things to do or not to do, he is always great about answering them. We have just been real pleased with him. We talked to other people initially who were a lot more expensive.

Their price depends on the services they provide and I give them all A's. I will use them again in the future.

I used them for about 6 months; we had a contract where they would come every few weeks to treat our residence for mites. They were very thorough, on time and professional. I would use them again.

I'm happy with them. Its a good service contract. The price is really fair. Once your on a contract they will come out for a bee hive 20 times.

I could leave the door open for them if I needed to.
