Pristine Clean

It did not go, but as I said, it's understandable.

Good job on cleaning but not as professional as other cleaning services we have used.

There was a misunderstanding on the hours needed. I was willing to pay regular price for 2 or 3 more hours to clean blinds. The cleaners did not have time and they were running behind.

I decided not to use the deal and they were very easy to work with when I decided to cancel.

What they did accomplish was fine but I had said if they finished early they could leave because I didn't want bedrooms done. They ended up leaving early but lights were not done and outside of bathroom cabinets were not done as well as some wood undusted! I don't trust folks when they leave early and don't even use their extra time to go through their own checklist. I ended up going with another service who works the entire time and never leaves early.

Terri and her colleague Frances arrived right on time, promptly at 8:00 just as requested. We appreciated that Terri worked us in because we had a tight schedule with our baby and also an out of town guest arriving: so we had a very tight window. They were both professional, thorough, cheery, moved things around to be as thorough as possible, and made a point of asking us to check at the end that everything was done properly. They even spent another 10-15 minutes at the end to make absolutely sure that everything was done well. We really appreciated the good job they did and the really positive manner.

It was good, it was okay. I found them to be more of topical cleaners moreso than deep cleaners of which I normally use. They were very pleasant and good.

I gave this service to my son after their new baby was born. My daughter-in-law was very pleased with them. She stated that three women came out and were there for about 1 1/2 hours. They were very thorough and even when dusting, moved every object instead of dusting around them. She was impressed. She stated she had a very clean house when they left. They were on time and very professional. She said she could get real use to their service and would love to have them again.

Very satisfied with this professional cleaning service. Three people showed up on time and efficiently cleaned and sanitized the entire home. I would definitely use this service again!

I've had them out here to clean before and was very happy with the service that I decided to buy the deal again. They do a very good job and work incredibly hard. They are nice and easy to talk to. I work from home and we were able to coexist in the house both doing our jobs and chatting. Today was a rough day for them as they were sent to the wrong houses a couple different times. They were prompt the last time so I figured that something was wrong and they let me know, professionally, that they were having some booking issues. I wish that they would have had my phone number to call and let me know they were going to be an hour and a half late, but we got that squared away. They still showed up and were apologetic, but ready to work. The two of them cleaned the entire house in just under 2 hours. They remembered my dog's name and gushed over my daughter. It's unfortunate to see the other posts about their service because they really do a great job. They'll fix the issue. I'll use them again and will make sure to include my phone number when I buy the deal. I encourage others to use the service too, they are a truly good deal.

I contacted Pristine Clean by email two weeks ago, and didn't hear anything from them for a few days. We finally were able to set up a time. They said they'd be there around 1 or 1:30. At 2 o'clock, no one had shown up and no one had called me, so I called them. The owner, Terri, said she had sent cleaners out to my home and no one was there, even though my wife had been there waiting. When I asked her to verify my address, she had the wrong one written down, even though we had discussed this on the phone. She got an attitude on the phone with me and she hung up on me. I am asking Angie's List for a replacement deal.

It was very good. They sent 2 cleaners out to do the job. The scheduling worked out okay.

Went well. Cleaners arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job.

I purchased an Angie's List special to have Pristine Cleaners come to clean my house. The deal was for 4 hours of cleaning for $75. I made it clear when I made the appointment that a member of the household works overnights, sleeps until noon and couldn't have the cleaners in until 1PM. I made a point of letting them know that I have cats in case anyone had issues with allergies. The two cleaners arrived at 11:45AM, told me they'd had a cancellation and were here to clean. When I told them they were scheduled to come at 1PM they said they didn't know there was a scheduled time. My choices were to let them in to clean or reschedule. The household member that was sleeping had to get up early. While they were cleaning I overheard the women say how awkward it was to be here. They rushed through the work and along the way broke a piece off one of my blinds and didn't tell me. Did I mention I paid for 4 hours of cleaning? 2 people for 2 hours, 1 person for 4 hours, right? The women were done and loading their equipment by 12:15PM, so they were here an hour and a half, and gone before they were even supposed to be arriving. After they left I had to rescrub my kitchen floor to get spots they totally missed. There was a time in my life when I cleaned for a living. Cleaning was always done at the customer's convenience, on their schedule and we were told if there were any problems they weren't to be discussed in the customer's home. There was obviously a lack of communication between the owner, Teri I believe is her name, and the women that came to clean. They said they hadn't talked to her so I don't know how they knew they had a cancellation that brought them to my home early. The impression I got was they wanted to work at my home when they got here early so they could get off early. I have been unable to relay this information to the Teri at Pristine Cleaners as we communicated via e-mail provided by Angie's List. I will not have this company clean for me again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased this coupon on Angie's List and contact was made promptly as promised and appointment was set up on my requested date. They arrived promptly, asked what my most important requests were, and immediately went to work. They accomplished everything in the time paid for and I was very pleased with their work.

I am not sure why we were not able to connect. I called Pristine Clean (I tried both of the phone numbers I had) at least 6 times. I talked to an employee of Pristine Clean during one of these calls however we were not able to set a time for house cleaning. I never received a return call to set a time to clean our home. I may have needed to provide our email address to help with scheduling. We receive many unwanted phone calls and we may not have been able to recognize calls that came from Pristine Clean.

This is a fantastic service. They responded to my purchase within a day and were able to schedule within what I had available. I will be using them again.

The staff was friendly, however I am very disappointed with lack of communication. I had no idea at all they were going to come today. The quality of the cleaning was okay. She is very hard to get a hold of. It was such a pain to get the services schedule and I would certainly not use them again. To me, it was more work involved on my end than the deal was even worth.

I am very much impressed with Teri and her employee. Came right on time and started the job immediately without wasting a minute. Gave me lots of tips on keeping and maintaining the house clean.

The two ladies did a great job. They cleaned the whole house and were very friendly. They only down fall was they were an hour late but we live up in Forest Lake so I didn't hold that against them. We have used them again and were very happy with results.

I interviewed the owner, Terri Belden, on June 24, 2014. Terri agreed that she and her daughter, Meredith, would clean my home. She also said that she would give me the special that was on Angie's List, which was 4 hours for $75.00. She appeared to be very nice and sincere at our interview. I was convinced by what she said that she would do a good job. She was scheduled to be here on July 3, 2014, but when I called her to confirm on June 30th she said she would have to change our date to July 2nd. because there was a holiday on the 4th and she was busy. I didn't have a problem changing another appointment on that date. I should also mention that I have been ill for a long time and my energy level was depleted from dehydration. I explained my situation to Terri when we met and she seemed to understand. My illness prevented me from maintaining my home the way I usually do. I also like to use nontoxic cleaning products in my home and make some myself. The day Terri came to clean I was very tired, but I assumed that she knew what I expected based on our conversation when we met at our interview. I did observe some of the cleaning, but I was extremely tired and had to rest. After an hour and a half, which is three hours for two people, she said they were done and had all of their supplies outside. I was surprised, but assumed she completed everything we had discussed. She seemed to be in a hurry and I was happy to have some cleaning help so I paid her $80.00 in cash and asked her to send me a receipt. I have wood floors and when I was lying down I thought my floors looked clean and I called Terri to ask what she used on my floors and I was told hot water. I was shocked because I never use hot water on my wood floors. In fact, I told her I had a cleaner that I made to use on my floors. I checked my floors when I was done resting and saw all of the marks that were left and my floors are not clean. I assumed that they would ask questions because this was their first time at my home. In my bedroom the lamps were not dusted, my floor is not clean and I don't think she cleaned my ceiling fan. They use a feather duster for dusting and I clean my fan with a damp rag. In my kitchen my granite countertops had some dirt left on them, the refrigerator door was not wiped clean, dusting was not thorough and the floor was not clean. The back hall was not cleaned, but I was told the foyer was cleaned. My bathrooms are small and one was okay and the other was not cleaned well. The bathtub and tile were not very clean and the bath mat needs to be cleaned. I don't think Terri is very experienced with cleaning based on what she did at my home. I will have to redo my floors and clean my countertops again. She does not know how to clean granite countertops and that is important because the stone absorbs cleaners and I only use natural cleaners because they are safe. They don't seem to understand recycling and I do recycle. I told Meredith not to throw plastic in the garbage so she put the recycling items in bags and left them in another room. I also had dirty rags on the floor by my steps waiting to be taken downstairs and she took those rags in my kitchen and put them on top of my basket with mail to be filed. Another shock. I also asked Terri if she uses clean rags for each job and she seemed surprised by the question, but said she does. I don't know for sure because they are usually folded when cleaning people use clean rags, but her rags were not folded and looked used. When I called Terri about the floors I also asked her about the additional time she had promised and she tried to convince me that they were here for 2 hours not 1 ½ hours, which would have been 4 hours rather than 3 hours. I told her what time she arrived and the time that she left and I felt like she knew and was being deceitful. Then she said she would give me the extra time next cleaning. I will not have them back to clean. I do not recommend Pristine Clean.

A thorough cleaning! Quick, detail-oriented and professional in every regard. I would definitely hire them again.

On arrival, the three cleaners asked about my priorities for cleaning, in case they ran out of time. But they did so much anyway! Very nice, professional, prompt, and they must have worked hard to get all of that done. I would recommend them.

They came on time and were able to clean all of the areas I requested they clean within the time allotted. They did a good job.

We gave them a little bit of a short notice, and it took them a few days to get back to us, But, they were very accommodating, and did make it here before the party. They did an excellent job. My husband was home and said they were "hard workers". We are planning to have them back on an every 3 week basis.
