Pristine Clean

They came, they saw, they cleaned. Thee cleaners in an hour, they did a swell job.

It went well! We have never had anyone come clean our house before, so I was a little nervous. My son's 2nd birthday party was taking place that weekend and I was 6 months pregnant, so I wanted someone else to do the cleaning. I especially appreciated that neither person complained about all the dog hair (we have a chocolate lab mix and he sheds a lot). In fact, both of the women that were here to clean greeted the dog and said "we love dogs." They were genuine, effective, and listened to instructions: I wanted the kitchen and bathroom cleaned, but I didn't need the shower cleaned. They listened well. Also: we had recently purchased a new oven/range and there was a part of one of the manufacturer stickers was still stuck on it and wouldn't come off. They scrubbed it really well--and removed the sticker, but only after asking if we wanted it taken care of. We have stainless steel appliances and they made them all look great. I'd definitely recommend their services.

Two women arrived on schedule and worked the full two hours. They did a great job.

Everything was fine. I've got other services that do better. If they had a good deal, I would probably go with them again.

I have called left voice mails and have also emailed this provider with no response and its been about two weeks.

Both cleaners were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They were a good team too. Best of all, they cleaned my bathroom like I would have and did a great job!

It was amazing! Cassie arrived right on time. She was super nice and professional. She did a great job cleaning everything. I am generally picky and will "re-clean" after services come, but I had no need! She even cleaned out the radiators. I was so happy with her. I'm definitely going to schedule another service with this company.

What they were able to clean, was excellent cleaning and they were very professional. However, they didn't get as much done as i thought they would in 4 hours and the first time I had entire bedrooms not vacuumed ( I have a 3 bedroom house). I specifically directed them to focus on certain areas the second time and the areas they cleaned were very well done. I would use them again.

It didn't turn out so good. They had totally missed the appointment and then I reschedule. Their staff were short. She did offer to give me part off of another house cleaning but I didn't think that was right. I don't think I will use them again. The did services for me but not in the time frame and they didn't do all the floors because they didn't have enough people. They did a good job for what they did but they didn't finish because they didn't have enough people.

I did not get a chance to experience their cleaning because they never were in touch with me, and they did not return my phone call when I called them.

I wasn't home, however, our daughter said they did a nice job.

My biggest complaint about this company is that they are impossible to get a hold of!!! If you have to cancel a cleaning one day and you get off your schedule...good luck getting a hold of them to reschedule!!! It's terrible. You always have to leave a message and then no one calls you back or they claim they never received your call?! I almost switched cleaning companies due to the aggravation of this!

The company was on time, friendly and professional. They did a good job over all but didn't stay for the full 4 hours because my wife was not home I wasn't sure what else she wanted done.

Overall just OK. On more than 1 occasion there was confusion on when and who would come to my home each month. I asked for a written schedule to copy onto my calendar so dates were clear. I did not get a written schedule, just told it would be the 3rd Thursday of each month. Last Thursday (Jan 15) was supposed to be the clean day. Nobody showed, nobody called. I called and left a message with TERRI BELDEN, (612) 709-2902, on Thursday and again on Friday. I just now heard from them. They wanted to change my day to Friday and didn’t have me on schedule last Thursday, but this Thursday. Terri said she may have gotten it wrong. Communication is not good on their part. Cleaning quality is inconsistent- sometimes poor and sometimes great.

We had a date set up for the work to be done and they never showed up and never got back with me to reschedule.

I bought the deal for 4 hours of cleaning. Communication was excellent, and 3 ladies showed up right on time and worked fast. They did a good job, and were all very nice. I would hire them again.

It went very well. I am trying to schedule them again, bu there seems to be a problem with their voice mail box, i's always full.

Two girls showed up and they were very friendly and did a great job. I was very pleased with them.

We initially purchased the Angie's List Deal for four hours of cleaning. The initial cleaning went well. The girls did a great job (3 of them for 1 hr 20 min), and I began a schedule for every other week on a day that we weren't home. The first time back, they did great. The time after that, they showed up but could not get into the house because they were not given the proper information on how to do so. The owner said she forgot to tell them and apologized. The third time (rescheduled), they came but missed a whole room and left the front door unlocked. I can understand how this can happen, but we were uncomfortable with the situation. If they could not get all the areas cleaned that we agreed on, I would have liked to have had some communication as to why. One can assume that rooms that were cleaned previously would be done each time, especially when there was written communication to them asking them to cover specific areas/rooms. The reason for the lower mark on responsiveness is that we had to ask for our key back more than once. I didn't get a response until the third or fourth time, and the owner apologized and said she was busy. I don't think this is a bad company, but they could use some tightening up of processes. One never knows the full story unless you walk a mile in their shoes, but the cleaning services market is competitive, and we found another service.

It was fine. It was reasonable. I wasn't prepared to have a cleaning for four people per hour. That wasn't clear in the deal.

Performed as expected. No complaints.

We responded to a Special and when we were informed that the special did not apply to certain conditions we as for service on a certain date and were again told that they could not accomidate us, this is all fine. But when we asked for a refund they would not reply. They were very short and gave us the sense that they did not have time for us

The offer was for four hours of cleaning - it was two people for two hours. They were very accommodating and pleasant to have around. I called a week ahead and needed a very specific time slot, which they were able to do. They came, they cleaned, they left........I was pleased with results. No complaints.
