Ice dam removal is expensive for a multitude of reasons, insurance costs, techs are paid quite well due to the dangerous and miserable conditions of their job, high end equipment, etc. We pride ourselves on being the VERY best in the business, and keeping that high level of customer service is sometimes costly. We are however sensitive to the fact that this is not a cheap problem to take care of and work diligently to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. Have a great summer!"

We know that's a pretty bold statement, but it is truly what we strive to be, and if you read the many many reviews like yours, other customers believe that too."

"Although we can certainly appreciate your frustration with the cost associated with having ice dams removed, it is priced that way for a multitude of reasons. You have already mentioned the insurance cost, additionally, the technicians are paid well and have the latest custom made equipment. Doctors, Lawyers and such are able to practice their trade 12 months out of the year and do not do their work in sub freezing temperatures, standing on an icy roof with the wind blowing in their faces and steam freezing to every part of their clothing and exposed flesh. It is a miserable and dangerous job to say the least. Add to that the fact that to be able to provide same day next day service we need to have our technicians "on call" 7 days a week. We do provide exceptional service and we're glad you were happy with your technician and the work he performed in the end."
