Description of Work: Hugo Plumbing replaced 2 leaky outdoor frost-free faucets and their indoor shut off valves, and replaced the shut off valves for our washing machine. |It went very well. |One of the old faucets was recessed into an unsightly hole in the garage wall and not very solid. The plumber suggested he could install the new faucet through a block covering the hole if I had a suitable piece of scrap wood - now it is more stable and looks so much nicer! I had only scheduled to have the faucets replaced, then realized the washing machine shutoff valves were bad too, so when he arrived I asked if he had time to replace them as well. He was able to fit it in on the same visit, which was very nice. He also answered some questions I had about our well cap. |Hugo Plumbing has also done emergency service for us in the past. They are very pleasant and easy to work with, we will continue to use them.

 + 1 moreGreat. He was especially helpful in working with other contractors such as a well driller whom he teamed up with to convert from an above ground pump to a submersible one. His coordination saved me a significant amount over just having the well driller. His use of a computerized pipe drilling machine to put the water line under the house without requiring any modifications saved a great deal of time and effort. He also worked with the heating contractor to devise a way to pass the main heating and cold air return ducts through the foundation and under the cabin which saved a great deal of space for us as we try to convert a modest size cabin into a usable year around home. I would recommend him without hesitation for any pump or plumbing project.
Description of Work: Tom, the owner, converted my well pump from above ground pump and water line to a submersible pump and installed an underground line under the foundation to the opposite side of the cabin to tie into the location of our new utility room. He was key in the layout of the small utility room to fit in a furnace, tankless water heater, water softener, water filter, water tank, washer and dryer, laundry tub as well as all the drains for the softener, furnace, washer and laundry tub under the preexisting cement floor. He also layed out a new bathroom including a french shower with two completely separate controls, drain, new toilet and new vanity. It all worked perfectly. Since I am nearly a complete novice, I most appreciated his time and true PATIENCE, in figuring out how to accomplish so many things in a limited space and doing it perfect. I met three of his plumbers, all very helpful. He coordinated well with the carpenter, tile, electrical and heating people who I had chosen. Very cooperative. Change were many and done at very low cost. Very fair.

 + -1 moreTwo men showed up after putting in another person's well about a half hour after the expected time. The went right to work got the heater running and only charged for one man's effort. Took about one half hour. I'm pleased.

 + -1 morei found hugo plunbing on angies list read the reports and called on Monday late morning 2/16/09. By 4:00 monday afternoon Tom called back asked what the problem was and asked if i would be around the next mornng at 8:00 if so he would have mike come on over and make the repair. I aksed for an estimate and he thought i woul be around $150.00. Tuesday morning 8:00 am Mike called and said he was on his way over. by 9:15 am everything was repaired, cleaned up and working great.. i evenn have more room under my sink now!! The price? $157.00 Mike answered all my questions even checked out my tank for my well for me.. i would hire Hugo plunmbing again in a minute!! in the 6 years I have been in the wyoming area i have had 5 differrent plumbers, now I have MY plumber thanks Mike and Tom!!

Tom called to say he was running late and arrived within 30 minutes to deliver the new toilet. His partner Mike then arrived to do the actual work because Tom had to attend an appointment with his accountant. Mike kept me informed of his work progress and completed everything within a couple of hours. It was totally painless. Tom and Mike were personable, professional and exceptionally competent. I would definitely use them again.

They did great work and completed everything faster than expected and cheaper than I thought. Tom explained the new valve workings, even tested our water pump system and updated us on it's condition.

 + -1 moreThis work was done on two different days, and both times Tom and Mike showed up on time. They were called originally when the plumber I had lined up canceled. They were able to come in the afternoon of the day I called to do the water tank and a couple of days later to do the bathtub faucet. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner, and I am very happy with the job(s) they did. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber. I highly recommend.
Description of Work: They fixed a leak in pipes leading to a small water storage tank in the basement (which holds the water pumped up from the well). They installed new bathtub faucets (with new valve which regulates hot/cold temp when other water in the house is running) provided by homeowner. This involved cutting a hole in the wall in the closet behind the bathtub. The wall was then replaced.
