They did a great job. The tank in our existing combi water heater unexpectedly began leaking. They first confirmed that the leak was from the tank and not something that could be corrected. We had no hot water and their work schedule was full for at least the next week. They made room for our job within a couple of days and completed the installation, which takes a full day. They hauled away the old water heater. Very competent, friendly, hard working people.

The pressure valve was leaking quite a bit of water so I shut down the water heater. Hugo Plumbing & Pump Service arrived quickly and replaced the valve.

Very good. Removed old water softener and installed a new one.

Mike, however, determined the leak was only from the cap of the Spirovent Air Eliminator. He corrected that problem. He then explained in detail how my hydronic system functions, potential issues to watch for that he has seen in systems similar to mine, and options to consider in the future (my heating system is 15 years old). It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about these systems. I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Wonderful, they show up on time, get the work done, and are not overly expensive. They have become our go to plumbers for our home. We used them as well the prior year to install a bathroom sink. This is exactly the type of contractor you want to hire.

Went fine. Plumbing is not cheap to have done but it had to be done and they did a good job.

Previously to this appointment I had called them last minute to come out and unhook my old water softenter as we were having a basement drainage system installed and it needed to be moved by the following day. They came out in less than an hour or two, took care of the problem and offered to split up the trip charge with my future appointment for a re-hook up. Since we were in the middle of a lot of home renovations, it took me a while to get around to having them come back, and they were very understanding and polite about it. Even called me to remind me which I appreciated. Because of their going above and beyond in the unhook up and waiting to charge me later, I was impressed. The re-installation appointment and other odd jobs we needed done took longer due to issues that arose. They had to leave for a bit to do an inspection for another client, and then returned in less than an hour, (did not charge for that time), and they had to go get some parts they needed ( we were extremely close to their shop) but they communicated all of this, and were respectful to my inquiries and inspections. Before they left they explained the water softener regeneration times and asked if we wanted them to set it up, and we declined to save on labor. Total time here was 4 hours of work. Told me to call if we had any further problems. I would hire them again as they did a nice job. The new deep sink faucet is awesome and the new bathroom faucet is very nice quality as well. They were very thorough in fixing all my issues to make sure things were fixed well and that we would have no further issues and I appreciated that. They also told me to call if we had any further problems.

Called this company for plumbing service 8 days ago and left a message. No one has returned my call in 8 days. Honestly, i don't know how companies like this stay in business.

Called Feb 22nd left a message with the nice lady on the phone. I live 15 min away from the plumber and got a friend referral. Called again on Feb 25th because I did not hear a call back on an est. or time to come see my project. Spoke with the same lady on the other end and she had my name down from my Monday call. She said she would relay the message to Tom the owner. Time passes again. Called and left a message March 1st. No answer

Called and left message. Call was returned promptly and service was scheduled. Was running ahead of schedule so called to see if it was okay to come out earlier than planned. Arrived and was able to complete the job with no delays.

The hole drilling was fine. It took only a couple of minutes and I thought a hundred bucks a bit high, but it was an impromptu request and they did have to come several miles and they added me in at the end of the day. When my seepage problem worsened, I asked for them to get me an estimate for putting in a sump pump. I called several times, but did not hear back. Tom and Sue are nice people to deal with, but their follow up to my calls was a bit chaotic. In the end, I did not put in a sump pump so it did not matter as much that I did not hear back from Tom. If I were in need of a plumber in the future, I would call them again for an estimate. I think they were busy and my request fell between the cracks.

We are new customers to Hugo Plumbing--no prior relationship or any reason to give us priority service. They came to the house within 24 hours of our call because of water on the basement floor. We agreed that a new well tank might be in order. Tank replaced, area cleaned, all on target for expected cost, within another 24 hours. Nice people, good work.

We have used Hugo Plumbing many times over the last 15 years. They are prompt and get the job done well at a fair price.

The installation of the hot water heater was flawless, on time, and good clean up. They did not check the under sink booster to see if it worked, which is does not. Basically, they installed it, plugged it into a dead plug and left. They have come back and given me the phone number of some one who will rewire the under sink at my expense. They also did not provide me with a itemized invoice so I don't even know what the non-working unit costs except it was the "more expensive of the under sink options." I have had good results with these guys before, but find all this a little shady.

The clog was pretty far down the pipe. They were persistent and got the pipe unclogged. Easy to work with and diligent in getting the job right. I would use them again.

Everything went great. Hugo Plumbing is great to deal with and I highly recommend them. Very punctual, professional and friendly.

They had to thaw a water line. Then I requested a pump for my water heater to give me hot water quicker to upstairs bathrooms. They were able to get this pump sooner than expected and came out and installed it. Quick service and very nice.

Even though it was the day before Christmas, they were able to come out and take care of our leaky kitchen sink. What a relief! They squeezed us in at the last minute. He arrived with shoe covers so as not to dirty the floors, and his own box of rags. He discovered we had rusted a hole thru the garbage disposal so we had to replace it (and showed me the hole). He had one on his truck so was able to do it right away. I asked him to add on a look at the toilet which had a temperamental handle, which he also fixed. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I was pleased with the service and will definitely call them again.

Tom is great, arrives when he says he will, does quality work, prices are reasonable We will never use anyone else.

I called and left a message on Friday at 11AM; got a callback at 8AM the following Monday from Tom. We set Wednesday morning as the day for them to come out and Tom said he would call around the same time Wednesday to verify. No call on Wednesday morning; by 9AM I was getting ready to leave the house when Mike and Dave showed up. Mike did apologize for Tom not calling that morning as promised. Our bathtub faucet ran only cold or hot, nothing in between. Mike had to replace only a little cartridge, not the entire faucet/valve combination. He did not charge me for the new cartridge (about $30) because he thought he could turn the old one in and get reimbursed. He untangled two hoses under the kitchen sink. We had an odor problem coming from the sink in the downstairs bathroom, but it was not occurring when Mike and Dave were there, so they discussed possible causes of this odor with me, also checked all the piping. We will monitor and call if it occurs again. I believe the plumbers in this company know their business well and they are always polite. I have been using Hugo Plumbing for many years and will probably continue to do so... but they need to do something about communicating better with potential customers. Even a callback saying they are very busy and will call as soon as they can would be preferable to being ignored and called days later.
