It went great! He was professional and fair minded. Even though we were certain we needed a new tank, he still tested the tank to ensure that we really needed a new tank rather than just a pressure gauge or something much smaller and less costly. He wanted to make sure he wasn't selling us something that we didn't need. He spent time with us explaining what the problems could, or could not, be as well as explaining each test he did and what the expected results were as well as what the actual results were. He was able to get us in his schedule quickly and asked several questions over the phone to assess for himself how urgent the problem may be and whether or not he needed to get here sooner. I don't know anything about wells. He could have easily made it an emerency appointment and soak me the cost of an emergenc appointment. But he didn't, he was confident that there was no timebomb waiting to happen and that I would be just fine until he could get there in a few days. I would absolutely use them again!

Called and left messge. Got a call about 6 hours later stating they would probably be able to fit us in the next day but she wasn't 100% sure-she had to talk to her partner who was out in the field. I told her she could call me back later that night or in the morning after speaking with him to let us know. The next day by noon, we still hadn't heard from them so we called someone else who happened to be in the area and came within the hour. About 4pm, this company calls to say they are on their way. They had never responded back indicating that they could come, and so their lack of communication and responsiveness lost them the job.

When we returned after having been gone for seven weeks this winter, our kitchen sink drain was slow and eventually stopped draining. I had tried boiling water and Liquid Plumber, but neither of them worked, so I called Hugo Plumbing, which we had used earlier in the year. Once again they came out the same day, even though it had snowed heavily the night before. Mike and Dave brought in a big machine and put it into the drain under the sink. They took their time cleaning out the drain so that it would clear the entire diameter of the pipe. They explained that since we had been gone so long, the gunk in the pipe might have dried and worsened the blockage. The toilet tank in the bathroom leaked all of the water out during the course of the night and wouldn't flush until the lever was depressed and the tank filled back up, so they fixed that. Mike and Dave were very careful and cleaned up nicely after themselves

When we returned from a trip, we found that we had a leak under our kitchen sink. After looking on Angie's List, I called Hugo Plumbing. Matt came out that same day to fix the leak. Our house is 49 years old, and the pipe Matt replaced was chrome. He said it was probably original to the house and had developed a pinhole leak. After Matt had fixed the sink, I asked him to put back together the stopper in the bathroom that had come apart and was nonfunctioning. I was very pleased with the work. Matt was very neat and careful and cleaned up nicely after himself

Job was very well done in a small work space, on time and on price.

He was very polite and informative. He did a fine job. He and his staffs were pleasant.

I had called several days in advance to make sure a plumber would be able to come out on the day my new vanity tops were to be installed, and was put on their calendar. Mike called on the day of installation to verify times with me, and was able to come out a little earlier than scheduled. He did a fine job of installing three new faucet sets provided by me in three new vanity tops, and he had to provide some new supply lines ($30 + $10 for shop supplies). He was here for 2.25 hours. I have used Hugo Plumbing several times in the past and think they do a good job. I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

They are always available and we don't have to wait a long time for an appointment. They know what they are doing. We have always been really happy with them. We didn’t check around that much for pricing. They are definitely responsive.

Each project has gone smoothly from start to finish. Hugo Plumbing is timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. We can't say enough good things about their service.

In all I was given, what I felt, were honest and professional opinions and options so I could make an informed decision. Three other plumbers had told me that I needed a replacement well tank and that the tank I had was a bladder tank, which Tom said it was not. They all would have replaced the tank without even trying to re-pressurized the tank.And since Tom is also a plumber as well as a well specialist and he had time ha also replaced a bathroom faucet. A very good experience. I will call this company again when I need plumbing service.

The work performed was excellent and the area cleaned up to original condition. Very prompt service and on time. I have replaced my previous plumbing contractor with Hugo Plumbing. The overall experience was just plain excellent.

They called ahead in the morning to verify the appointment that I had booked a week earlier. They arrived when they said they would and did exactly what I wanted. They are very professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. They are on the top of my list the next time I need some plumbing work done!

He came right away, he was upfront about how much it would cost, he was very friendly, and he did the work right away.

We had a sewage backup, and they diagnosed the problem and snaked out the backup problem. They were efficient and answered a lot of additional questions I had about the system, so I was very pleased with their service.

They were responsive, did what they said they would do for what they said they would do it for and were trustworthy. Will be calling them again in the future, later today in fact.

We have used them before twice and will continue to call them with all our plumbing needs. They are very conscientious about returning phone calls and showing up when they say they will. They were here for approximately 1.5 hours and I think their price was very reasonable. They did a great job.

He was fantastic because we knew it was bad! First he tried to run his line with the machine and that didn't work. He had to do major work after that to get it fixed. He was here for like an hour running that machine to get it fixed. He was really outstanding. We were really proud of him!

They showed up on time and fixed the problem,. Hugo were very friendly and his wife answers the phone. She is always really nice. They try to get out to the home within a day.

It's been a good experience working with Hugo Plumbing from start to finish on every job.

We first used them a couple of years ago. They are within $50 bucks whenever they give you an estimate. Their workers are very professional. Mike, the owner, comes to every job to make sure you are satisfied. When we didn't have an electrician he said that he knew an electrician that could do the work. They were also very professional and reasonable. They went out of their way to reroute the plumbing in such a way that the washer and dryer were near the drain. When they left, everything was cleaned up.

I had a leak from the upper level toilet. They did remove the toilet and we couldn't find anything definite of what was causing it but reseating on the wax seal did solve the problem. They were only there for about an hour and there was nothing to clean up afterwards. They are always exceptionally neat.

The basement bathroom finsihing went better than ever expected. I wanted to split the job in half because I needed a basement toliet and sink, but was not ready to make all the other decisions. I knew nothing about creating a bathrrom. Tom was so helpful and his advice was practical and better than others. The day of the job, the guys were prompt, pleasant, had great input, and did a marvelous job. They cleaned up and the price was exactly what was quoted. A final part of the story. I was not happy with a decision I had made and Tom went above and beyond to correct my mistake. I will be using their services next fall when I get time to decide on the tub/shower, ect. We will be clients for life!

just like the first time, mike gave us an estimate and told us when he could come out and do the installation. it was 2 days later and his employees were cheerful, pleasant and professional. The elctricion Mike recommended was equally professional I would trust Mike to reccommend anyone.. I will surely have Hugo plumbing back ot in the future.
