It went very well!

The owner came out to give me a free estimate. He was very curitious and I received the estimate the same day. The office staff kept in constant contact with me, and answered all questions that I had. They were very professional, and even finished the job a few days early. The workers fast and friendly, and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Drywall installers

They were fast, punctual and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for drywall work regardless of how big or small of a job.

Customer service was great upfront. Owner was very responsive with the quote. Communication was great regarding when workers would be on site and how long it would take. Workers were courteous, respectful and efficient. We've had a lot of contractors work on our house and they were definitely one of the better ones throughout the process. HOWEVER, after they finished we noticed several areas where dimples were visible over screw holes, cracks that we were charged to repair (per crack) were not repaired. Owner said he'd visit a week after job to inspect and never did and never contacted us to follow up. After the snow melted we noticed the workers had dumped excess ceiling texture mix in snow on our outdoor walkway, which is now melted and caking our walk, including sizable chunks of popcorn texture. Owner was notified about this via email and didn't respond for days. When he did he said he'd come look at problem and never contacted us when he said he would. Still waiting on a response. Its unfortunate it went this way because until this point, we would have recommend them highly, especially if he would have followed up within a week of the completion of the work as he said he would and we could have addressed these few issues then. If we ever hear back from him, we'll update this review. UPDATE: 5/23/14 After repeated attempts to address the above issues, we're finally giving up. He would respond after days and assure us he would come check the work or send his crew over to fix it, and each time the specified day came and went and no one showed and we weren't contacted. Overall, great service upfront, but extremely disappointing follow through. There's apparently a one year warranty against cracks in the drywall, but I have zero trust that anything would happen should we need to take advantage of this warranty.

Everything was going great and then they never came back to finish my job. I made the mistake of paying him so he could settle up with his workers, paid in cash to save 10 percent. Before he decided not to show up, I would call Troy and he would answer or called me back within a reasonable time. Since the time he decided not to come back I have made several calls with messages to his cell phone and business line, he never returned a single call. After several emails he finally responded saying someone in the office would call on Monday and that I should put tape on area's that needed touch up. No one called. Left messages and still nothing. One of his Hispanic workers even took a beer off my bar and I think he tried to drink it out in my backyard, the beer was really old. I don't plan on ever using this company again.

We had a new fireplace installed as part of our home project. It has been one step at a time and sometimes overwhelming. We needed to complete the fireplace; the installer lived over an hour away and did not really want the job. So we did a search on Angie's list. We called several companies with various responses. Mudslingers responded within 12 hours to speak with me and when I called them back to clarify some things I was greeted with a pleasant human voice! Very courteous, willing and able to help. Compared to the other companies it was easy to communicate my needs and to be met with answers to our needs. The helped us complete one more step with ease. They made two or three stops to apply the mud twice and sand it in a 2 or 3 days. Thank you Mudslingers!
