Description of Work: Cut hall, 2 closets and seamed carpet. Nicely done. Trustworthy and noticed a water leak while doing the job. Called me and and shut off my main water supply saving me a trip to the cabin. Highly recommend and they provided same day service.

The work was not performed.
Description of Work: Initially Dick was responsive to my request for an in-home estimate. I called on a Sunday and he came out the following Monday to measure my needs and give a labor estimate. He directed me to a wholesale carpet supplier. He arrived on time and answered my questions about carpet installation. He was pleasant at this meeting and seemed interested in the job. On this Monday, my husband and I picked out the carpet we wanted. I called and left a message for Dick that we found our carpet and wanted a full estimate w/ our carpet choice. Dick did not call me back. It seems that he is not interested in the job anymore, but I wish that he would have called and told me. It's disappointing considering we likely would have used him based on our first impression. Our job was for a staircase. Maybe it's not the sort of job he wanted, but I don't know. We decided to go with another company.
