We had a great experience with Dick and his son. He was able to visit us shortly after we called him, he priced the job and we scheduled it for a very short time later. He and his son moved and returned our bedroom furniture. They are pleasant, informative and careful in their work and the carpet looks fine now. I would definitely use them again for repair.

He returned my phone call the night I left a message. We scheduled this job for two weeks from the phone call as he is so busy. He showed up on time and did the job perfectly. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would call him again for any carpet service.

Absolutely wonderful. Delightful to work with. On time! They left our home neat and clean! Professional workmanship! Price was wonderfully reasonable.

It went very well. Dick was very helpful from the beginning. He came to our house very quickly to provide us with an estimate. He gave us the name of a carpet wholesaler he uses to keep cost down. The sales people at the wholesaler were very helpful and courteous. Dick himself helped direct us to a type of carpet that would fit best in our budget. It was a challenging project because we had had our basement waterproofed so he had to install it a certain way. We had also removed all the tack boards not realizing we weren't supposed to and that added four hours to his job but he didn't charge much extra for it. He was very nice and explained it all very clearly to us. He did a fantastic job. There are no visible seams and it looks great. We are very satisfied with his work.

Dick was very responsive about returning my initial call, albeit at 9:30 PM. He did not show at our agreed upon time. However, he was contrite when we set up a second visit. He did show up promptly the second time. The carpet distributor showroom he uses is only open during normal business hours. They only have one location in the entire metro area. However, their material costs are not competitive with the in-house carpet offerings from the big box retailers. So you definitely are not going to take advantage of reduced cost considering the supposed low overhead of this carpet distributor.

Dick was prompt, courteous, and scheduled the job around another job so he could get it done the same week I called. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent. Dick and his helper were on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Because the carpeting required a special stretcher, they went out to purchase one. Then they did a lot of the stretching by hand so they wouldn't harm the carpet. No increased cost for going above and beyond. Very pleased. They really know their stuff.

They were very responsive and did good work.

Dick was very polite and personable. We discussed various options for repairing or replacing the carpet. He was at my home about 1.5 hours and charged $75.00. I would definitely call him again.

Dick was fantastic to work with. He thoroughly explained to me the problem, noting that this warping is common in even new carpet, and it didn't indicate a poor installation. He explained how the backing contributes to the problem. I appreciated all of his information. He did a quick and fantastic job.

Dick is very polite. He returned my initial phone call for an estimate right away and was on time for the estimate. He gave me the price to install the carpet with pad. I shopped for the carpet at the two wholesalers, compared prices with places like Abby and Home Depot, and found that I got a reasonable deal from the wholesaler. Dick worked very hard to get the carpet perfectly installed and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend Dick to anyone who has any fears whatsoever about carpet seams and poor installation because Dick is excellent, and his price was totally reasonable.

DICK WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE IS VERY PLEASANT, GAVE GREAT ADVICE, COMPLETED THINGS ON TIME AND WAS REASONABLY PRICED.

DICK CALLED US BACK SAME DAY. HE CALCULATED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WAS EXTREMELY POLITE. ALTHOUGH HIS SCHEDULE WAS PACKED FOR AT LEAST 6 WEEKS, HE DID CALL US WHEN HE RECEIVED A CANCELLATION AND DID A GREAT JOB TWO DAYS LATER. WE ARE VERY PLEASED AND WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

1.) DICK RETURNED MY INITIAL CALL AT 9:20PM AND GAVE ME INFORMATION ON THE PROCEDURE WE WOULD FOLLOW FOR SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT TO MEASURE. I HAD BEEN ASLEEP. 2.) I CALLED BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT SAID I HAD BEEN ASLEEP AND WANTED TO VERIFY THE STEPS WE WERE GOING TO BE TAKING. HE RETURNED THIS CALL AT 9:30 PM. HE SAID HE WOULD SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIS CARPET WHOLESALERS THE NEXT MORNING AND CALL ME BACK ONE WAY OR ANOTHER BY 8AM. 3.) AT 11:30 THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED AND LEFT HIM A VOICEMAIL ASKING ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE SET UP. 4.) HE CALLED ME BACK AT 4PM TO SAY THAT HE HAD FORGOTTEN TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, THAT I WOULD SEE HIM BETWEEN 9 AND 12 THE NEXT MORNING FOR MEASURING AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ME BY 9AM WITH A MORE EXACT TIME. 5.) AT 11 THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED HIM TO ASK WHERE HE WAS. HE SAID HE WAS ON HIS WAY AND WOULD BE AT MY HOME IN 20-30 MINUTES. HOUR LATER I CALLED HIM, HE WAS ''ON HIS WAY'' I CANCELED.

DICK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KEPT CALLING TO TRY AND SQUEEZE ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE. HE FOLLOWED UP EVERY TIME AND WE FINALLY FOUND SOME TIME THAT FIT INTO BOTH OUR SCHEDULES. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK WAS GREAT. HE ENDED UP HAVING TO DO A BIT MORE WORK THAN HE EXPECTED SO THE COST WAS MORE THAN HE HAD QUOTED OVER THE PHONE. THE TRANSITIONS WERE IN PRETTY BAD SHAPE. THE ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT I HAVE IS REGARDING CLEAN UP. HE LEFT QUITE THE MESS! OVERALL THOUGH, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

EVERYTHING WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND AS SCHEDULED. NO COMPLAINTS.

DICK WAS KIND WHEN I CALLED HIM IN A PANIC TO REPAIR MY CARPET BEFORE A BIG EVENT. HE FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE AND DID A GREAT REPAIR JOB. YOU'D NEVER KNOW THERE WAS A STAIN THERE. HE WAS A GREAT GUY AND CHARGED A VERY FAIR PRICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

I ENDED UP CHOOSING ANOTHER COMPANY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A LOWER PRICE.

DICK WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HE TOOK TIME TO CLEAN AND SCRAPE THE CONCRETE BEFORE HE LAID THE CARPET. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT.

THE DAY OF OUR APPOINTMENT, DICK WAS RUNNING LATE DUE TO AN EARLIER APPT., AND CALLED. WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE. THE NEXT DAY HE ARRIVED AND COMPLETED THE JOB AS PROMISED. HE WAS REASONABLY PRICED AND DID A GOOD JOB. HE DID NOT LEAVE A RECEIPT.

WE SELECTED MR. MILLER AFTER GETTING OFFERS FROM 4 CARPET LAYERS. HIS SERVICE IS THE FINEST I HAVE CONTRACTED FROM ANYONE THUS FAR. NO UPSELL, NO MISLEADING ADVICE. HE GAVE ME VERY REASONABLE AND COST-CONSCIOUS ADVICE ON ALL ASPECTS OF THE WORK, INCLUDING HELPING BUY A SUITABLE CARPET. COURTEOUS, TIMELY AND HONEST SERVICE. ALL WORK WAS DONE PERFECTLY. I WISH EVERYONE ELSE WAS AS SIMPLE, RELIABLE AND HONEST AS HE IS. IF YOU NEED IT, I WILL PERSONALLY VOUCH FOR HIS WORK. VERY GOOD MAN.

DICK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE INSTALL AND ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS AND WAS ON-TIME WHEN COMING TO OUR HOUSE.

DICK WAS ON TIME. HE HAD GIVEN ME A TIME FRAME OF HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE HIM TO COMPLETE THE JOB, AND HE WAS OUT OF MY HOUSE IN THAT AMOUNT OF TIME. HE DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.

DICK WAS VERY PLEASANT AND GAVE A COMPETITIVE BID. WE GAVE THE JOB TO ANOTHER COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY COULD DO THE JOB SOONER.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. PRICE IS FOR INSTALLATION AND PAD. WORKED WITH OUR SCHEDULE. REFERRED US TO A CARPET WHOLESALER AND A CARPET REMOVAL COMPANY. HE BOUGHT THE CARPET FROM THE WHOLESALER AND CHARGED US THE COST. LEFT BAGS OF SCRAPS FOR US TO DISPOSE OF.
