While Kathy seems like a really lovely person, her communications were a miss. If she'd explained the cost up front as soon as she diagnosed the issue, I'd have opted for a new dryer. Instead she proceed along the repair route and filled me in when she was ready to leave. Now I am several hundred dollars into a fixed dryer that hasn't been working right since service was provided so I'll end up having to buy a new dryer anyway.

She fixed it in two visits - ended up not having the exact part she needed, but she called it in right away and came back a few days later and got the job done at no extra cost.

Kathy took my phone call at 6:30 on Friday evening before Labor Day weekend. She was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and immediately got the parts ordered. She even offered to let me use some of her own freezer space if I needed it until the unit was fixed! She came out with the parts when they arrived and worked quickly. The fridge is up and running, and she even cleaned behind it! Responsive, great price, quick & efficient work, what more could you ask?

Spoke with Kathy on 09/01/17 and explained that I had had another company working on my icemaker and that it still wasnt fixed after four visits. She said she would look online at my model and call me back on 09/02/17. Called again on 09/05/17 after not hearing back from her. She wanted to know if I was ok with her entering the house without my being there. I told her I was not. We spoke about possible appointment times and she said she would call me back in 5 minutes. Called on 09/06/17 - she said she wouldn't take the job as she was going out of town on 09/08/17. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and having to chase soeone to give them my business. WIll never use.

After a bad experience with a service man from a different company that same morning, who quoted us a high rate and found a reason to leave after opening up the dryer and probably not feeling like fixing it, we called Kathy. She arrived within the hour, was very responsive, friendly and professional. She explained what she thought needed fixing, and she was right. The dryer was fixed within 30 minutes, and the charge was very fair (half the quote we got from the previous company). We were very happy with her service and would definitely use her services in the future and recommend her to our friends.

Fix-it-Chick was great. She got the part I needed and had it installed very quickly. I was very satisfied with how responsive she was and how quickly she got the new part installed. I would definitely use her again.

I 'FINALLY' FOUND A COMPANY THAT IS 'HONEST' AND 'VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE'! I didn't quite explain properly on the phone what the problem was, but Julie came out and 'DIAGNOSED' what was going on..... I finally have peace of mind on ''who do i call in time of appliance failures!!!

She came on time and fixed the ice maker. She was quick and did a great job!

The contractor lady came on the same day and diagnosed the issue. Then she ordered the part and came back the next day to installed it. She charged the part at retail price and only charge $89 for her service. Very reasonable! I would highly recommend her.

I called on Sunday afternoon to try to schedule an appointment. Kathy was able to make it out Monday morning. The fridge and freezer were up and running in a couple of hours (including time for Kathy to pick up the needed part). Kathy was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repair the issue.

As owners of a rental property, our tenant's needs are paramount. Kathy was our first and only call. Her knowledge was obvious during our conversation. In addition to having great experience, Kathy was on time. And, when dealing with a rental client, being prompt to their needs is vital. Our machine is working, and Kathy also offered some valuable suggestions as well to keep it that way . W were treated professionally and courteously, and if needed, we would definitely call Kathy again. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Kathy got the job done and we were pleased. She was prompt in calling to schedule and in showing up as scheduled. She tried for the most cost-effective repair, which did not work right away. She returned the next day, and she fixed the machine.
