Kathy was able to quickly diagnose and subsequently repair my failing dryer, which had been making extremely loud squeaking sounds when operating. The dryer has been working well since she replaced the worn parts (several weeks and many loads of laundry ago). She also took time to vacuum out accumulated lint/dust within the dryer before reassembly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again if another appliance needs fixing.

Kathy reached me by phone on Monday and scheduled me for a time slot Tuesday to repair my electric stove. She asked all the questions that led her to diagnose my issue, called within an hour prior to arrival, brought with her the potentially needed part and made my repair in a matter of minutes! Wow!! Not only that, her estimate was exactly as stated. I will definitely call her with any needed repairs and highly recommend her skills!

Fix it Chick repair Did a great job! Diagnosed the problem over the phone, so she knew what was wrong when she got here. Had the part in stock. Showed up when she said she would. Very professional Fast and charged what she quoted me.

Kathy was great! Got back to me on the same day and was able to talk me through my dishwasher problem on the phone so she didn’t even need to make the trip out and I can use my dishwasher again!

Kathy was able to find a replacement panel for a discontinued dryer model and installed it flawlessly. She was very fast and efficient and even helped us on a holiday. She knew exactly what to do, what to replace and was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

She was able to make it out to my place the day after I called in asking for help -but prior to coming she asked me to take a picture of the dryer model number so she could ensure that she had the parts available on the first trip here! My oven broke two days before my girls birthday and hosting thanksgiving..had a ton of baking and cooking to do. Kathy answered the phone when I called and was at my home within three hours and fixed my oven.. like a super hero! Diagnosed over the phone and had repair parts on-hand and came over same day and fixed the dryer. I saved the number and will use again next time I have an appliance that needs service!

Kathy was great! She was willing to service NE Mpls even though she's based out of Elk River. She returns phone calls promptly! After chatting with her on the phone very briefly, she was able to identify the problem, and was able to come out only a day or two later to get it fixed. Kathy is great to work with & quick to return calls. Our freezer wasn't working properly. Kathy troubleshooted the problem over the phone and got the part ordered. Freezer back up working next day. Good - showed up when she said she would - did a diagnostic examination - identified the problem - explained what was wrong and fixed it.

We talked to Kathy & she was extremely knowledgeable. After talking through the problems she actually recommended that we not proceed with the repairs but get a new machine. She also had recommendations as to which brands to buy. We will definitely call her next time! We were very impressed.

My refrigerator stopped cooling, food started spoiling, and I had no idea what to do. I thought that I was going to have to spend $1000+ on a new appliance. Kathy called me back on a Sunday and troubleshooted the problem over the phone. The evaporator motor for my refrigerator model was discontinued, so Kathy spent the time to find one on eBay and ordered for me. She came out and replaced the motor as soon as the part arrived. Kathy worked quickly and saved me so much money and hassle!

The gas dryer would only heat for a couple of minutes. Called Kath, gave her dryer information (model number, etc). She was able to come out within a day or so and fixed the problem quickly. She is great to work with and fixed the problem with no fuss.
