Description of Work: Installed Ignitor on my old Magic Chef stove. We determined the stove is at least 25 years old. |This repair 'bought' me (hopefully) a bit more time before having to make an expensive |appliance purchase. Kathy was knowledgeable and went to work immediately. I would call her again--unfortunately because she is located out of Otsego area she is not often in the metro area but we lucked out the week the igniter failed. |

Description of Work: Replaced a sensor in my refrigerator. Great service, saved me from buying an expensive new appliance, and helped me know that it was worth fixing before she arrived by telling me how to figure it out. She had the part in stock, and the install was done the next morning.

Description of Work: My washer's cycles were all screwed up. they replaced the timer and it fixed the issue but it was kind of funny that they were doing their diagnostics by reading blogs. their fix worked but they didn't seem like real certified technicians

She repaired my dryer and I was really impressed by |her finding replacement parts and returned the next day to finish the job. |The next week my frig stopped running.
