Description of Work: They gave me a noon-4 pm window for this appt. I received a call at 6:05 pm they were at the home. I got there at 643pm. They were already gone. Living room and 2bedrooms that were empty cleaned. Not. They looked the same. Called and was told they guarantee their work they came back out 2days later to reclean. I was given a window of noon-4 pm. Got a call at 11:55am advising my window of cleaning was backed up n they would be there later that day. Waited Ran errand upon return they had been there, reclleaned n left( yes someone did let them in). Still no difference in appearance of carpet except now there was evidence of water on the floor I called and left this info to be given to supr that i was hiring Zerores to come clean the carpets which I did do. Zerores came out, the tech looked at carpet n said he could clean it. He did a patch clean and it was amazing how clean it was. Pics available. Stanley Steamer says they guarantee their work but to date I have not heard from anyone. I want my money back from SS as they did not clean carpets,

Description of Work: They cleaned carpeting in living room, dining room, a flight of stairs and 12 ft of hallway. Th;ey did a good job on cleaning up spots. But the darker dirtier areas, which had looked clean immediately after cleaning are already looking darker again. They sprayed a protective coating on it after the cleaning.

BEFORE THAT, WE WERE CONSIDERING REPLACING SOME OF THE CARPET SO WE'D BE ABLE TO SELL FASTER. THEY WERE A LITTLE HIGH PRESSURE ON RECOMMENDING A STAINGUARD, WHICH WE DIDN'T DO.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP BETWEEN 1-3 PM, DID NOT ARRIVE OR CALL DURING THAT TIME. I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME A TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND THEY WOULD CHECK ON IT. SHE CALLED BACK SAYING THEY WERE FINISHING ANOTHER JOB AND WOULD BE ON THE WAY SHORTLY. THEY ARRIVED ABOUT 3:20. THEY WERE LATE AND I WAS KEPT WAITING FOR THEM. THEY NEEDED A PLIERS TO HOOK UP THE WATER SOURCE AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE CORRECT TOOLS WITH THEM, THEY HAD TO BORROW ONE FROM US. WE MARKED SOME SPOTS WITH TAPE THAT WE WANTED PRE-TREATED AND I DO NOT THINK THEY PAID ANY ATTENTION TO THEM. HE JUST PICKED THEM UP BEFORE THEY EVEN STARTED CLEANING. THE CARPETS LOOK HORRIBLE LIKE THEY DID NOT EVEN STEAM CLEAN THEM, LET ALONE PRE-TREAT THEM FOR STAINS LIKE WE ASKED. WE COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB WITH OUR STORE BOUGHT STEAM CLEANER. WE ARE VERY UNSATISFIED AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

+ -1 moreTHEY TRIED TO SELL ME DEODORIZER AND A TEFLON COATING WHICH WOULD'VE BROUGHT THE PRICE TO $120. THE CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE. THE CARPET HAD GREASE OR OIL STAINS ALL OVER. THEY REALLY DID A GOOD JOB IN REMOVING SPOTS. ONE SPOT REMAINED AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING TO RE-CLEAN IT. MY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS IN PRICING. SINCE THEY CHARGE BY THE ROOM. MY KITCHEN (84 SQ FT) AS ONE ROOM AND MY HALL (18 SQ FT) AS ANOTHER ROOM. I THINK YOU'D GET A BETTER PRICE BY HAVING LARGE ROOMS CLEANED.
