Description of Work: Two guys from Stanley Steemer came in, did a good job with our 400 sq foot living room, cream colored carpet. Offered additional services like protection and deodorizer for an extra fee. I did accept the extra protection to help keep the carpet cleaner longer. One of the guys mentioned he was up late the night before and looked a little tired, but they did the job and carpet was nice and clean as expected.

Description of Work: We had water in our basement so they came and cleaned that up by pulling out padding from under the carpet, then sucking up the excess. They then brought 4 large fans and a dehumidifier which we had for 3 days. They later came back to do a carpet cleaning in that area. The price looks high but the cost was mostly the rental of the dryers, otherwise their service fee for the cleanup and tear out was very reasonable. They were thoughtful and did what was expected. All employees were professional.
