The Technician was on time. My questions were answer concerning the insects. I felt the tech serviced the home well. I looked for every services with every profession and I can see that this company aims to please.

Halley Gruber from insight Pest Solutions was out for the regular scheduled appointment and did a great job of informing me, answering questions and providing the service. She gave me greater confidence in Insight Pest Solutions. Thanks Halley!

We had a mix-up with Insight on when a technician would arrive. Once we squared it away, the technician arrived the same morning, which impressed me because it was the day before Labor Day weekend. Nikki was charming, thorough, and explained everything she was doing as she went along. She was also strong (how she ever moved my dresser to position a screwdriver behind it was unbelievable). She killed the yellow jackets outside, killed those swarming our bedroom, then tried to track down where they were coming in (something my husband and I had been unable to do). It was fun to watch her. She found the tiny hole a closed it.

Super service. We have had Halley before and she is very professional and takes her job seriously. She wears shoe covers while in the house which I greatly appreciate and is thorough in all the areas you note. I hope that it only takes one treatment with the amount of slugs we are seeing! We were supposed to be serviced yesterday but tech got stuck in traffic and we had to reschedule. Grateful that we didn't have to wait long.

Halley did a great job! She was on time, professional, clean and courteous. She went about her job and kept me informed of what she found and what she did. She did a great job explaining what I may see in the next few days. We have pets and kids, and she explained the products were safe to use around them and to just keep them away until the spray dried on the exterior.

I responded to a door to door salesman who was very polite and as it turns out, informative and persuasive. For four treatments of about $109 we are defended against pests and critters. They were able to get us on the schedule within a couple days. It went well!!

Our technician, Tommy Shirley, arrived on time for our scheduled appointment - which is important to us with a busy schedule today. He came to the door and was very professional, polite, and explained to me what he would be doing for us today and in what order. He also took the time to explain what products are being used, how they work, and what to expect when he leaves. We have a problem with wasps, so much so that our children will not even play outside in our backyard. I am super excited that we finally found a solution for this - Insight. Our kids are super excited that they might actually get to enjoy the backyard again, and jump on our trampoline without getting stung. It gives me a sense of relief knowing they will are always available if we continue to have issues. Thank you!!!

Tommy Shirley of Insight pest control walked our property with me. Treated needed areas. Answered all my questions and was very professional the whole time. He was punctual and polite.

Tommy the technician was very friendly, cordial, honest, and thorough. I just had the service done for the first time today, so I couldn't give an "A" in quality yet. I'll let you know the next time I post.

I signed up with Michael for the 1 year trial service agreement at $129.00 per quarter. We were having ants enter the house as well as other flying insects. The services were explained that they will come out 4 times in the year to control pests, most of what we have concerns about. It was clearly explained by Michael and the service tech, Tyler, who actually performed the services that if there are any issues they will come back out at no additional cost to correct the issues. They both let me know that this was a year agreement. I think they may be improving on sales and customer service based on some of the past unhappy client's reviews. Good sign for a newer company trying to make a mark in the area. Tyler, the service technician, was very complete with explaining the services, addressing my concerns and performing the work around the house. He even found evidence of field mice that I was not aware of and worked on that as well. We will see how their products work and how the service is overall, but I am happy with what Insight, Michael and Tyler have done for me so far.

I'll try to call them back. Everything was good. Scheduling was good. People showed up. The only thing was whatever they did didn't get rid of spiders. I have spiders all over my garage. They should come back and look at it. If they could fix that, we're good. Price was good.

The technician, Josh, identified himself immediately and thoroughly explained what he was going to do at this first visit. He asked important questions and let me explain what pests I was concerned about. Then we went through the areas deemed as concerning inside the house. The technician patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He then went outside. He walked around the house and let me explain and point out the areas where I had pest concerns. Again, he patiently answered my questions and concerns. Then he proceeded to apply treatment. The technician also took care to check the notes to make sure everything that my husband had asked about when setting up the appointment were addressed. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to find and knock down several wasp nests that I wasn't even aware of. The overall professionalism was appreciated.

Halley was a bit early to the appointment, but that was fine with me. She started by identifying the pest that I captured in a bag. Halley informed me that it wasn't a type of tick as I previously though, but was in the beetle family instead. She was knowledgeable about breeding habits, where they were coming from, what they ate, and their habitat. Originally we were going to treat both inside and outside, but with this identification we determined that an outside treatment was sufficient. Halley was very friendly and helpful.

Nikki was friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond what we expected. The ant bait was used throughout the perimeter of our home and detached garage. She took the time to explain her services and performed them well, All my questions and concerns were answered prior to signing up with grace and patience. We will most definitely use their services again and highly recommend Insight for all your bug prevention needs.

Great! I have been happy with all of the people who have come quarterly - we have been customers over a year. Zachariah is patient and listens to everything. He consulted his manager and gave me some tips on a specific area pertaining to birds, which they do not handle. Very thorough and goes thru every area that I request.

This was her first time out so we will see if it works or not.

Great! We've been using them the past year and they have gotten rid of out wasp problem and most every other bug and spider around out house and in the basement. They have been very polite and the customer service has been excellent.
