This is the 2nd time I have had Ruben here and he is consistent with his thoroughness and was helpful and friendly both times, really appreciate all your hard work. Great. Not only do the technicians do the normal treatments, spraying, etc., they look for red flags that need to be addressed. During my last treatment the tech notices a small opening around my outside faucet, and took the initiative to fix it. Very much appreciated.

Exceptional service from Ruben the technician who visited us in September. He was knowledgeable about the product and fully educated us on when it was safe to allow the dog to walk on the lawn. He even helped bring our garage cans back to the house before I got home. Thanks again Ruben!!!

Very well. We only knew of one wasp nest and Ruben came out and really looked around and actually found another one. So we were very pleased he took care to really look.

Mark, a salesman, came through our neighborhood on Wednesday evening. He insured us that the company he represented, Insight, could rid our home of all pests including the wasps in our vent. We had to sign up that evening or not get the special pricing for the first application and subsequent applications throughout the year. Mark told us the wasps would be eradicated by using a 30 foot pole and brush to blow chemicals into our upstairs vent. We were unaware that this practice was banned in the state of Minnesota. Thank goodness for Byron, the fellow who came out the next day to rid our home of the pests. He told us about the law and the danger of venting chemicals through our home. We immediately called to cancel the service contract since we had been misinformed and the wasps were the major reason for obtaining the service. Unfortunately, for Insight, Mark's lack of knowledge/deceit has convinced us not to do business with this company. .

It went well. Ruben was superb! He performed inspection inside the house for spiders, rodents and centipedes. He also gave advice on how to prevent the bugs inside my home. He did the same for my garage and outside my home. Love his professionalism and definitely would use him again!

Ruben the technician was on time and provided great feedback on what he found outside. He then came inside and sprayed both bathrooms for spiders. I would recommend Insight to any of my friend and neighbors. Bugs are no longer an issue at our house.

We had our yard sprayed for mosquitoes. Also Japanese beetle remove all bees and wasps sprayed and treated for insects.Our service provider Ruben was very knowledgeable and explained everything about safety of my three pups inside as well. He was thoroughly yet speedy. Great experience and insight pest solutions is the best

This company and technicians (shout out to Bart Gaddis) have done a fantastic job. They promptly come to my house every quarter and are able to come in between for maintenance visits free of charge. I live on the water so the pests are constant and having Insight Pest Solutions come on a regular basis has been amazing for inside and outside our home- highly recommend!

We called them on Monday afternoon and they called back 3 times to get in touch. Once we connected, my fault it took 1/2 business day, they sent someone out 3 days later. The technician was polite, prompt and really knew their stuff. They went the extra mile to look for additional nests and explained what and why they did what they did. We have them come out every quarter as we live in the country on a heavily wooded lot and they come out right away if we call them with additional needs like this time.

Technician made us aware of an insect problem we didn't know we had. Very informative.

Have had no issues since they were out. Will use them quarterly.

Not well. I was sold this service based on being able to continue it after the initial contract IF I wanted to, not IF I told them to stop.

It was horrific, I had more spiders than ever after the treatment. They called and said they were coming for next treatment so I called them to cancel. They came to my house when I was not home and performed another treatment and then took payment out of my account automatically. I called and complained, talked to a supervisor and demanded a refund. I took five more phone calls and some yelling to cancel my account with them. I feel like they became the real pest that I could not get rid of.

I thought I had put my account on hold - apparently calling only stops the next treatment. My word of advice is to cancel completely and don't let the staff tell you that they will call and discuss this before the time of next visit - bc they will just show up. I was stuck paying full price for only an outside treatment and not the normal inside treatment my home requires as I live in a wooded area along the river Failing grade for customer service - we will not be continuing service or recommending others to this company.

I love it I haven’t seen a ant spider or wasp in or around my home thank you Insight for the great work. If you are just looking or thinking about it do it it was worth it to my family for our peace of mind

Danei W. was right on time, responded graciously to my specific requests for extra treatment areas. Most important, he answered all of my questions about the service, the chemicals, the bugs I saw. Encouraged me to call him back at no charge if pests reappeared. Service starts at approx $150/3 months with free callback. This is a bit more than I have paid in less metropolitan areas but service was outstanding.

I tried submitting 3 online retreats and finally hears back on the 3rd one when I threatened to leave if I didn't hear back. When I finally heard back they told me that their salesman was misinformed about taking care of the beetles. Unfortunately I now have an almost dead baby birch tree that has been taken over by those stupid bugs.

The main reason we use them is because we have a lot of trouble with bugs and beetles.

Our insect invasion (never an overwhelming problem for us) is really down this summer. Very courteous service, with details on what they did. We were very satisfied.

Evan was great. He was punctual and explained everything he would be doing to help eliminate the pests around our house and on the patio. It takes 2 weeks for the elimination to become apparent but I am confident it will work. If it doesn't, they will come out and treat it again.

Excellent! Within a short time the tech had identified the type of wasp and put my mind at ease that he would have them under control and that they were not aggressive to humans. He was professional, polite, and understanding. The wasp issue appears to have been resolved. Thank you DaNei! Insight returns between scheduled quarterly services at no cost if pest issues arise. It is so nice to have a problem taken care of without additional cost.

I have been very impressed with each time that Insight has come out to service our house. All of the technicians we have had have been very knowledgeable about insects and pests, and they took time to educate us about the pests and the problems we were having. Josh was especially helpful in our recent service. Many companies for different services just come and quickly complete a job and leave. He took time to do a great job and answer all of our questions. He was truly interested in helping us and not just "completing his job". He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend Insight Pest Solutions!
