Everything went great!! I was using a competitor, but Insight beat the current providers contract price and will treat for wasps with an enhanced approach. Up front, I was looking for the cost savings, and after a year, I will also be able to compare Insight to my previous provider. The Insight Rep applying the treatment was timely and professional. He was thorough in his explanations and service.

Fantastic! My applicator, Nick Weidman did a thorough analysis and then went to work on our home. From top to bottom Nick took care of our spider and ant problem. He swept the house, applied both granual and spray products while continuing to stay in touch to insure all problems were taken care of. Job well done.

Ryan Pflugshaupt was my technician. He did an excellent job communicating the treatments for our property and following through.

He did a great job. Not only did he fill the hole and spray around it, but he also noticed some other holes that mice could get into and he filled those, too. He also noticed that I had a large ant hill and he sprayed for that also. What I liked the most was that he said he would be checking all those holes next time he came out and that he would be on the look out for any more holes.

Service completed without a hitch. First of 4 scheduled visits completed.

The first treatment the guy was very good. The second and third times we were not at home and door tag was left at the door. We didn't even know that they had been there until after my credit card was charged. We still had bugs and they were difficult to get a hold of when we needed verification as to whether they had been to our home or not.

Very professional. Explained outside work. Inside left baits for ants and investigated mousetraps in garage and utility room. Put fresh bait in mousetraps and disposed of dead mouse in corner of utility room. Technician was very friendly, answered questions, volunteered information.

Insight Pest Control has been the best pest control service we have received for both mice and bugs. Our most recent visit by Halley Gruber was a great experience. She was friendly, informative and responsive. She explained what she was doing and how it would help and offered to go above and beyond if we needed.

Our inspector Tommy did a great job. He addressed all of my concerns and he was very empathetic as well. Although he inspected the outside of our home, he made sure to walk us around so that we would know exactly how to explain what needed to be done to fix the problem.

Excellent. I've been very pleased with each technician, their knowledge, but even more important, their willingness to answer every possible question as well as explain as much as I am interested in hearing. Other contract services seem to want to get in and get out as quick as possible. Insight seems to take as much time as is needed to do a GOOD and COMPLETE job. Today's person, James Nelson, was absolutely top notch. I had been completely happy with the first two services, and then this guy took it even a notch better. Amazing!

The licensed applicator, Nyoka Peniata, was extremely pleasant. I had not made an appointment for interior applications but I was home and she was anxious to provide full service. She explained what she did both inside and out. I must say I've had applicators from other companies and this one but none compared the friendly, professional attitude of Nyoka.

Every tech who has come out has been very professional, friendly, courteous and explain very well what they did. Todays tech was very efficient and offered advice for follow up. Very pleased with results we have had.

Ant removal took two visits, but no sign of them now. Mice may be ongoing. Traps are set and Brandon, mgr., walked around my house with me trying to locate entry points. He plugged several holes with steel wool. He even offered to come back and pick up any "bodies" due to my strong aversion to the whole mouse situation. Hopefully we are beginning to solve the mouse problem. Very helpful. Great customer service.

Our house and yard were being overrun by boxelder bugs and they had begun moving into the house. The technician treated both the inside and outside of the house...spraying around all windows inside the house and treating the outside perimeter as well. He was polite and courteous and answered our questions.
