think they worked really

I hired them for a deep cleaning job at my house. The job itself was "average." After the job, they over-billed me. They originally billed me $400 when the actual cost was $267. They sent only 2 people to clean my house but they billed me for 3 people. I was not home but my neighbor told me only two ladies came to my house to clean. As far as the company knew, I didn't know how many worked on the house. After numerous message exchanges, they finally corrected the bill only after I pointed out that only 2 people cleaned the house. Also they broke my curio glass shelving during the job. Things happen. But the company is refusing to compensate me for it to this day. They originally asked me how much I wanted for the broken glass shelving. So, I gave them an amount I thought it would cost. Then, they wanted me to give them an estimate from a glass company. So, I got an estimate which was lower than what I initially thought. Later I gave them even a lower quote, just to make it easier for them. But they used that as an excuse not to pay me, saying I tried to scam money out of them by changing the amount too much. I never dealt with such an unprofessional company. Mike, the owner of Details Residential Services, continues to lie to attack the consumers who speaks out against his highly unprofessional business. All the complaints about this company filed with MN Attorney General,BBB, and Angie's List are still active. I made a big mistake of hiring such a crooked company.

Details is very responsive in scheduling. The crew has really gotten to know our home and does an outstanding job week in and out. They also offer carpet cleaning which is a nice add-on for our cleanings and they recommended a contractor that did a wonderful job refinishing our wood floors. Absolutely delighted with Details!
