Showed up on time!

Showed w camera before and after, looked great. Dryer lint screen full of lint after first use, hopefully residual lint. Time will tell. Fast, friendly tech.

Prompt, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned and sealed tile in kitchen, bathroom and shower. Also removed area rugs for cleaning.

I was able to schedule when needed. The crew arrived toward the end of, but within, the arrival time window specified. They were friendly and efficient, and did a thorough job. This company does not clean unfinished basements which is one of the jobs I needed and would have been willing to pay a premium for.

I hired Details Home Services to pick up an 8'x11' woven wool rug for cleaning. They were very punctual for the pick up. I was given a very reasonable quote (in writing) for the cost of the cleaning (which included the pick up and return trips). The rug was ready when they promised, the return delivery was right on time and the rug looked great! All of the contact had with the person on the phone and the person who picked up, cleaned and returned the rug was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

After my closing and needs changed several times, Details was unable to come on a date that would work for me. I appreciate all the flexibility and willingness to work with me. I wish the company much success.

They were on time asked questions regarding what to accomplish. Let me know what items were extra. I would call them again. I actually am thinking of my next visit. And have questions to refer others

I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness and thoroughness of the cleaners.

I have lived in the Twin Cities for over 12-years and, based on the cleaning services I've had, this company is ACES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The crew was super, the cleaning was better than anything I've seen since I lived in California!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave up, up till now, on ever having my home cleaned like that anymore. I was absolutely bowled over and will be hiring them for my move-out cleaning in @3-months AND will hire them when I move to a townhouse/condo which I plan to buy!!!!!!!! The agent who kept contact with me was incredible and, I know that they did a few things for me that weren't quite 'policy, and I will always be grateful to them!!!!!!!!!

Nice little touches

The cleaners were fantastic. We decided to hire them for biweekly cleaning. Everything sparkled when they left and they were very efficient. The customer service has always been great. My only suggestion would be a website we could maintain our own accounts with. Great work!
