Description of Work: He took out an old sink and replaced it with a sink of the same size. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He also told me I should get a coupon from "Angie" for being a first time user. That would be nice in helping to pay the bill.

I also liked that Fossum Plumbing is a local, independent (not corporate) business. I would definitely use Fossum Plumbing again.
Description of Work: I chose Fossum Plumbing & Heating from the phone book and spoke with Jamie when I called. He committed to coming out the next day, which he did, and he went to work on my sewer back up the day after that. I was very pleased he was able to respond so quickly… especially considering other pluming companies did not even return my call. The issue with my sewer back up was a bigger fix than it first seemed; which was partially because of how old my plumbing was. Jamie ended up breaking up the basement /cement floor to clear the clog. He was up front with me about what he was doing, the time it would take and the cost as he worked to get my sewer system working properly again. While I wasn’t happy to spend so much money, I feel it was a fair price given all the work that was done. Jamie also cleaned and deodorized as he worked, which helped reduced the unpleasant odors :)

My basement kept getting sewer back up through an old toilet we never used. It was disgusting and I could never tell when it was going to happen! I called Fossum Plumbing & Heating and talked to Jamie. He was happy to make an appointment for the next day. He came out, snaked the sewer clean out pipe, pulled the old toilet and capped off where the old toilet had been. I have not had any problems with that toilet since and could not be any happier!! Jamie worked fast and efficiently, and even hauled away the old toilet! I have used the company again since this first time for a new water heater, see the additional review! I would definately reccommend Fossum Plumbing & Heating for all your plumbing needs!

I came home one evening and found water all over my basement floor. The water was coming from the hot water heater. I called Fossum Plumbing and Heating and talked to Jamie Fossum. After a few questions were asked and answered regarding where the water was coming from and a few other things I looked at and relayed back to him, Jamie was confident I needed a new water heater, (mine was 18+ years old). Even though it was already late afternoon, he offered to come and replace it that day. He brought a new water heater, installed it and hauled the old one away in record time! I was VERY happy with his work and professionalism. I would definately recommend Fossum Plumbing& Heating to friends and family.

I've used them for the last 5 or 6 years and they are very reliable. His name is Jamie Fossum. He is friendly and he apprenticed when he was going for his journeyman with the plumber we used to use before he retired. They do a very good job and if there is a problem they will come back and fix it. They are very, very good. Their prices are right in the middle; they are average. I get what I pay for and I live in an older home that has a lot of older plumbing. Their responsiveness is good. Sometimes it takes an hour for one of them to call back. I tried a couple of other plumbers and they charged more or the same and they were not as good.
