He was very helpful. I didn't know why my hot water suddenly didn't last through a whole shower. I thought I needed to replace the whole unit. He found a bad element and suggested the cheaper fix of replacing the part. Great communication and prompt service.

Very well, they are very responsive and reliable about minor issues which came up.

Jayne diagnosed the problem quickly. Door sensor wasn't sensing the door was shut. Fixed on site. Cost was very minimal.

Would highly recommend Fossum! Was very easy to work with in getting an appointment scheduled, and was very timely. I was not able to be at my house (had someone else wait while he worked) and he made sure to give me a call right after he was done working to inform me of the work that he had completed. The work that was done was high quality work not to mention he worked quickly!

Jamie did a great job. Price matched bid exactly. He had to go get a wax ring and hauled the old toilet away as well. Nothing but great to say here. I will call him again anytime.

Jamie came out at a busy pure-Chirstmas schedule and put in a new garbage disposal to replace one that no longer functioned. He responded in a timely manner, was professional and knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The charge reflects an Angie's List coupon and we believe? for the parts and labor?that it was a reasonable charge for this work. We definitely would use Fossum Plumbing again... very satisfied!

He came down and hooked this thing up and let it run for a few minutes, figured out what it was and left to get parts and fixed it right away. He was able to fix our issue withour ripping up the entire basement floor. He saved me a ton of money because he knew exactly what he was doing.

It was a difficult job, and Jamie and Tim came back 3 times before they could get it done. They succeeded and were very professional and friendly?and they cleaned up thoroughly.

Jamie was very responsive and very competent. He made 2 visits, he followed up, and he delayed his invoice until we were sure the fixes worked.

Jamie was about the only highlight of our whole home addition project. I fired the original contractor and have all sorts of complaints about others who worked on the project (both Big Box stores in town get low grades along with other contractors and subcontractors). I have no clue what a fair price is, but do know that the original plumber was going to charge me a lot to just set the toilet and sink. Jamie did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it and why it had been done wrong in the first place. He's a good communicator and stays in touch with updates.

Every thing went fine. I also had them check my furnace and they advised me of the part that would need to be fixed over the summer when it is not in use. They were later than expected for my appointment, they let me know they were on their way but it took a very long time for them to actually arrive.

Jamie does excellent work. He did a beautiful job installing a Bertch faux stone shower surround, installed the toilet, vanity and all the plumbing for the new bath. He also installed the gas line to the new fireplace and plumbed for a new bar sink with an outlet pump. Jamie was very accommodating and worked his schedule around the other contractors-electrician, dry wall contractor etc. In addition, he went out of his way for me-delivering the island cabinet for the bar area from a local cabinet shop when he learned I did not have way for it to be delivered. Jamie is a fellow who goes out of his way to make his customers happy! Can't say enough about how happy I am with his work and overall service!

I first used Fossum Plumbing two years ago, when I needed a plumber in a pinch. He had the great reviews and he returned my phone call quick. On this instance, I called him for an issue that was not an emergency as it was ongoing for a month or so. He was out the next day and in short time, fixed the leak. Jamie is very responsive and reasonably priced. For everything plumbing, Jamie has been our go to guy.

He was friendly and knew right where to look for my issue. Gave me some tips on how to handle the matter short of having some major reconstruction, which was appreciated. And he installed the outdoor spigot pretty quickly, with one that is "frost free". He got there on time and was efficient.

Fossum Plumbing is at the top of my list for future repairs/installs. They were very professional & efficient. He was on time & ready to go to work! All clean up was done after the job was completed. I had a minor issue that he had to come & recheck; he came the next day & took care of it. I feel confident that he stands behind his work. Re: pricing - I've had other plumbers who state ahead of time what they are going to charge but once they come there were always "add ons" or "exceptions." This was not the case with Mr. Fossum. His "quote" was his price plus he accepted Angie's coupon with no hesitation. If you are looking for a hard working, trustworthy plumber who gives you a fair deal & comes when he says he will, call Fossum Plumbing.

Great Plumber. I had issues with another licensed plumber who couldn't figure how to vent the stack and wanted to charge me more to do more work. I was in a pickle for a month so I called Fossum after reading these reviews. Fossum contaced the inspector and found me a solution in a day without charging and was straightforward and honest. I really appreciated his help and asked him to finish the job and install the fixtures. He was prompt and worked with my deadlines.
