 + -1 moreShe has been cleaning out for her for couple of months, for about every two weeks. It is a single lady that's been cleaning for her and her name must be Donna. She'll only do whatever she needs to do; she needs her to do windows one day then she needs her to concentrate on moving things and do the furniture. She has been very pleased with her. She is very accommodating.
Description of Work: I've used Donna Ulferts Cleaning. They cleaned my mother's house.

 + -1 moreDonna is a no-nonsense, hard-working individual with a great work ethic. We recommend her without hesitation.
Description of Work: Donna has been cleaning our home weekly since October 2012. She is professional, reliable, punctual and hard working. On a weekly basis, she dusts, vacuums, polishes, scrubs, sweeps, mops, shakes out rugs, straightens and changes/ washes bedding. I believe she tailors her services according to each family's needs. We have three young children and a big dog and she has been a sanity saver as we try to keep the dirt and debris at bay. Donna does a really nice job and is so reliable. I really appreciate that she is here every week at the same time without fail. She brings her own vacuum, rags and cleaning supplies.
