His crew did an awesome job, even returning to finish the siding the day after a blizzard (they shoveled a path to the work area and cleared out around the garage). Everything looks terrific. However, once the contract was signed, everything went downhill. They did start the project a few months after the contract was signed but then left it unfinished so that my patio was unusable for almost a year. They completely ghosted me—ignoring my calls and text messages for months. I was left in the dark, with no idea what was happening or when the work would finish. When Designer Spaces finally bothered to show up to finish they blatantly skipped a part of the job without so much as a heads-up or explanation. Their total lack of communication and disregard for the agreed-upon work is unacceptable. I strongly advise against hiring Designer Spaces. Their unprofessionalism, unreliability, and blatant disregard for their clients’ time and money are appalling. Choosing them was a huge mistake that I deeply regret."
