I called John to inquire about adding two zones to my existing sprinkler system. John returned my call promptly and was at my house within a couple days to give me an estimate. His price was very competitive and he had some excellent references. I was in a hurry to get the zones installed so I could plant a very large area of my lawn with grass seed to get a lawn established in that area before the weather got too cold. John was happy to accommodate. He was at my house within a few days to get the system in. He was very open about communicating with me that a job he was at before mine was taking longer than expected and he kept me informed as to when he would be to my house. Install went very well. A few days after the install, I had an issue with a stuck valve and a coverage issue. I called John to ask about the issues and he had a specialist to my house the very next morning and took care of the issues. Top notch service and very knowledgable. I would definitely go with John again!

I called John last week in May and responded quickly and came out May 31 to give us not only a quote but assessed our watering needs. Asked about how much I knew about lawn and drip irrigation and explained the benefits of drip for the garden and for conservation of water. He tested the water pressure, and told us that there would have to be a couple of control boxes in the ground and some digging but the crew would do their best to replace the grass and mulch as best they could and I understood this as we had been through landscape work before. I said no problem. I wanted coverage for my lawn and my plantings. Especially with the dry we have had the last few years. I struggle just to keep my plants looking great. Much of the time I will let my grass go dormant. John said after the installation of the system you will have great looking lawn in about a months time. Probably have to mow it too often. I did not think that would be possible. I would be happy to get the lawn root system going again and my plants on a watering schedule. I waited a month due to a surgery but we decided we wanted to schedule it for sometime in July. I called John after July 4 and asked if I could get in the schedule for July sometime. He said that with all the rain in June, he would try to get us in late July, but we may get pushed out if we get rain. His crew had been working 7 days a week just to catch up. Just like he thought we did get pushed but one of the weeks I could not do it, but he and his crew does his best to work their best to work with your schedule. So, just remember if you want an irrigation system get your quotes and plan to schedule out several weeks, if it's in the heart of summer to be on the safe side. I understood and my wife and I had help watering our plants when I wasn't doing well, so I was prepared. We had Innovative scheduled on August 12 at 7 am. They are prompt. I forgot to say that John has a plumber to install a valve which is included in the quote, some of the other companies have you do that yourself. And calls gopher one to mark your yard where all your utility lines are buried. So, they have several trucks and crew members, which do an excellent job of communication. Very careful of your plants. Yes they do dig up your yard and bring a small yard ditch digger to trench in the irrigation, but it gets filled in nicely. My tip is to buy a big bag of grass seed for your bare spots and if your garden is mulched, buy several extra bags of mulch on standby if you have drip line put into your garden. We also bought extra the Hunter Roam Remote. Lawn Irrigation Zones: 5 Drip Irrigation Zones: 3 Joe was in charge of the crew and is great at explaining the operation of the PRO C. Joe and his crew also adjusted all sprinkler heads and when I was not happy about coverage of one area, they came back and adjusted the one area later that week. Excellent customer service. What sold me is the price, warranty( fall shut down and spring start up). As long as you stay with Innovative for fall shut down and spring start up ($75 each), they warranty the Hunter product.

Need sprinklers maintenance? Do yourself a favor and call this company. This is a no nonsense business run by a owner that understands customer service and a professional crew that operates like a finely tuned machine. I had a rare day off during the week and thought I would look on AL to find a company to repair some broken sprinkler heads. I looked up the highly rated / highly reviewed providers in my area (north metro) and found Innovative Irrigation Specialists (IIS) Seeing they had great reviews, I further refined the search filter to search for reviews on jobs with Services Provided. I have found this AL search technique to be very helpful in weeding out the reviews by the inevitable difficult (cranky) AL members. Performing this Services Provided search, I found that IIS had a 143 A reviews out of 143 jobs, WOW! That told me that this company is absolutely committed to customer satisfaction and I immediately called them. A live person answered the call (bonus) and I explained what I needed done and mentioned that my next day off was in a week or so. He asked were I lived and I told him, he then said that he had a crew not far away and that he would call them and see if they could squeeze my job in the same day. He called me back in a few minutes and said his crew would be at my house in a couple hours. The crew showed up promptly and I explained what I needed done, the two man crew then methodically went to work. Both workers were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly (kudos to the crew & owner)

John happened to be in the area when we called so he came over same afternoon. He knew exactly what was needed to repair the system and he had the parts on hand. All repairs were made first visit. John is very knowledgeable, prompt and professionl. He knows his business.

A+++++ John and his team were very professional and very fast!! Our seven zone system was completed in under five hours and works great!! I would only recommend using Innovative Irrigation for my future projects and all my friends! The price could not be beat, the service was excelient and they provide additional services such as spring and fall line treatments and head replacement!

I called to replace a broken sprinkler head. Luckily John, the owner was nearby. He completed the repair and was in his way within 90 minutes. Timing is everything.

I called John, left a message. He called me back within the hour, and told me that he could be at my house within the hour (I was looking for same-day service). He arrived 30 minutes later, had the line repaired and re-dug in no time. After that was done, I asked him if he would mind checking all the sprinkler heads for me, since I haven't turned on my system yet. He immediately agreed, and walked around my property with me, checking every zone. He charged me exactly what was quoted, which was extremely reasonable, especially considering the speedy service and the added assistance in turning on my system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating in every way. If I have any other sprinkler system issues, I know who I will be calling from now on.

I went to Angie's list to find a service provider for residential irrigation systems as previous ones I've had haven't been great. In my area John Sanberg of Innovation Irrigation popped up with good reviews. I called him and after playing some telephone tag as we're both busy (but he did accept the handoff everytime), we connected and he set an appointment up for a Monday morning. I told him I knew I had a valve problem and some leaking heads and wanted to discuss some coverage issues I'd been having. He arrived right on time and went to work on the valve and found the problem ( a screw in the backflow prevented it from turning off). He then went to inspecting the rest of the system and marking leaking heads and heads he thought needed straightening. When discussing the coverage issues he showed where he could put in another line and hopefully fix the problem. In addition he noticed a head that was back in a corner that had been landscaped in, so not providing as much benefit as it could have been and he suggested moving it to a better location. He looked at the work involved, gave a quote and said he could have a team there Monday afternoon and get it all done. I had researched previously what type of price I could expect for this and he was very reasonable. His crew arrived when promised and completed it that day. I was back into watering that evening with much better coverage and no water coming out of leaky heads. John was responsive, personable and gave good ideas about how to fix and adjust things with no pressure in doing everything he pointed out.

Innovation irrigation responded promptly and professionally to my inquiry for a sprinkler system. The quality and service were excellent. I appreciated the professionalism and the care that all of the crew displayed as they completed our job.

Ultimately we went with a different provider, but that should not be any negative reflection of Innovation Irrigation Specialists.

They were awesome and their pricing was lower then expected. I've never met a company that is so good, they are the best I've ever seen. They fixed things that no other company was able to fix in the past. I would definitely use them again in the future.

John and his team were very responsive and professional from the initial quote through the installation process. Very happy with the service and product. When a neighbor had a fence installed we needed to move our system over a couple feet. A member from John's team was at our door that Saturday to complete the adjustment for no additional cost. For those folks with new construction looking for irrigation, I have high confidence that the team at Irrigation Specialists will serve you well for a fair price. If necessary, we will use them again.

John gave us a thorough overview and quote for the system we wanted. He and his crew installed it in one day and and followed up with a comprehensive review on how to operate the system and also made some adjustments that we asked for. We are very pleased and would recommend this company.

Excellent! I called John to ask if he could stop by to discuss adding/relocating sprinkler heads as needed to cover new area where garden was being created. John answered the call and asked if I could call back and leave my name and number on voice mail because he was working a job at the moment of the call. I gave John a grade of "B" in this area because I didn't hear from him for two days after leaving the requested information. Although he has room for improvement in this area I can also understand the difficulty with this time of year being swamped with calls and jobs. However, John did call me and asked if I was home since he was in the area and he could stop by to see what I would like to have done. I was home and he stopped by immediately. After seeing the work requirements he said if I wanted he could knock it out within the hour. I gave him the go ahead and he added a new head to cover the garden and relocated an existing head covered by tree branches and adjusted other heads to ensure complete coverage. Excellent and clean work. Other than small scar on yard where new line was placed you could hardly tell any digging had occurred. So bottom line, John's excellent and professional work redeemed his small delay in responsiveness and earned him a solid grade of "A" in all other categories and earned all of my future business. Also noteworthy is the fact that by chance my tree service provider pulled up to spray trees while John was working. John being very professional worked with the other service provider so that both could accomplish their tasks without hindering each other. Nicely done!

I have an ongoing contract with them. They are responsive, professional and have a good price. I will absolutely continue to use them next year if they don't raise their prices.

We were impressed from the bid stage to completion. We did have several estimates and made a few calls back to add/change our requests . Each time IIS calls were answered promptly and information was thorough and costs were quoted accurately. We were contacted two weeks prior to installation with rough timing on the project. One week ahead we were given a chosen date and time for both start and finish. On the morning of the install the first part of the team arrived early and did some preliminary work prior to the full team arriving. The work was started around 11:30 and they were cleaned up and gone by 4:00. The team was extremely efficient, friendly, organized and prompt. They had to remove part of my fence to get equipment into the back yard. They reattached the fence and cleaned up the yard so well you would hardly know anything has been done. I highly recommend Innovation Irrigation Specialists to anyone considering the install of a sprinkler system.

Highly ranked so I called and they promptly replied they would call back that night to schedule an appointment at a time that worked for me. They did call back that night but was told they could not schedule a time until the next morning. It must have been a long day as it was less than pleasant. They never called back. Fortunately many other contractors out there. I promptly was able to be served by another contractor.

I give them a fabulous review. They are wonderful. They did a fabulous job. I set them to come in the Spring and Fall. I signed a contract with him to do a bi-annual service. Whatever the price was it was worth it. They are priced very competitively. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. They are very reliable. When they say they will be out on a specific day and a specific time, they are here.

John was great to work with. We had just a little trouble scheduling because of the horrible weather lately but John always stayed in touch and worked with our schedules - so appreciated!! He came out and arrived on time. The sprinkler system is new to us (not to the house) so he helped us understand it and reviewed the yard set up. There were a few heads that needed replacing, an outdoor faucet that froze and broke which he replaced and also a leak that he fixed. We are planning to always use his company for our sprinkler system. Such a good experience!!

John was exremely nice and very responsive. When I called him, he was working on a sytem in the area and came over with an hour! He started the sytem up, adjusted the heads, and progammed the sprinkler controller. He took extra time to answer a question I had about water knocking and even looked a possible recall on the sprinkler controller. I was very impressed. I will certainly be calling him for my future sprinkler system needs.

John was prompt, courteous, and did very nice work on my sprinkler system. He dug into the ground and found the issue and did the needed work to remove the root and replace the tubing and connector. In addition, he was very willing and helpful in getting all of the heads adjusted so that my lawn is evenly watered. His rates were also very reasonable. I plan to call him going forward for any additional work that I might have. Overall, I am 100% satisfied, if not more!! Fantastic service, period.

The specialists arrived on time and got straight to work. They reviewed the program that was set up on the system and recommended changes (previous homeowner was an aggressive waterer!!!!!). They went through each zone (7) and checked the spray and coverage of each sprinkler head. There were 2 sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced which they did at NO COST!!! I was fully prepared and even argued a little that I wanted to pay for the sprinkler heads but they wouldn't accept it. To be honest, this move earned my purchase of the fall shut down service. The specialists were knowledgeable and very nice, good conversationalists. When I asked about being able to shut off a sprinkler permanently (going to put a deck on and replace grass with rock) they have recommendations for how to go about doing that and solutions for alternatives. A wonderful experience, thanks John!!!

Innovative Irrigation is terrific. Although they were really busy with the fall blow-outs, John made time for my appointment to not only do the blow-out, but look at work that needs to be done in the spring/early summer. You can call an irrigation company from the signs plastered on the sides of the road, or you can call a great company & John. You'll get great service and be delighted. I am.

Promply returned my call (unlike some other companies). Went out of his way to fit me in within a couple of days. Showed up on-time. Great service. Happy to have another go-to provider. I'll be using Innovative Irrigation Specialists to work out some kinks in my system this summer.
