Description of Work: John and is assistant were able to fix a malfunctioning valve as well as run through all zones to check for correct operation. One head needed a riser and they did so completely. We were very pleased with their follow up to the original email as well as their arrival to do the work, well done! Thanks for doing a great job.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job! I bought this service through the Angie's List Big Deal and had no previous experience with this company. They came the same day I called for service, they were very punctual and professional.
Description of Work: They turned on the sprinkler system, checked each sprinkler head to make sure it was working correctly, and was adjusted for optimal performance. They also programmed the system to irrigate at a time best for us and for a duration best for the plants.

 + -1 moreThey came on time which was helpful, however, the next job they had after ours was a install job for a sprinkler system. I feel like he was eager and more focused on the next job than was on ours. I also thought it was unprofessional that one of the workers was smoking on my property. First he said we needed 4 sprinkler heads that needed replacing and after I wrote out the check for that amount he informed me that it was actually 5 sprinkler heads that needed replaced which was kind of a hassle.
Description of Work: They had a spring sprinkler tune up big deal special that we took advantage of.

 + -1 moreI bought the spring tune-up through Angies list; I normally do the start-up myself but "there's always something" that winds up sucking up an afternoon or more and this definitely would have been the case again this year. John and Joe spent over an hour starting the system and fixing a stuck valve, a broken head and cracked pipe. Very professional, highly recommended.

 + -1 moreI took advantage of a lawn irrigation spring tune up special for Angie's List members from IIS, knowing that at least a couple of my sprinkler heads needed some work. John called me quickly after I submitted my online service request and fit me in at the beginning of the week. They were prompt, on time, and worked quickly. John was knowledgable and quick to note the sprinkler heads that needed repair. They provided a fair estimate for the repair of the three heads. They even moved a spray head for free (after they gave me the initial estimate) that was too close to my landscaping border and was getting stuck. They completed the head repair quickly and did not tear up my lawn more than they needed to. Good company to work with.

Performed the cursory inspection, checked the timer, all the sprinkler heads and made some recommendations on improvements and changes. I will be calling John back to halp me change out some winter damaged and old sprinkler heads, close off a couple of sections getting ready for some landscaping changes. He will be a guy I keep on my list of good ones.

When it was time to shut the system down, John made me aware of it, and he took care of everything for me. Absolutely no stress! fall I plan on using him to open up my system this spring.
