Description of Work: Winterized sprinkler system. Went great! John was great! Even helped me mark the heads with flags since we will be doing an addition this Fall. I would highly recommend IIS to anyone, and plan to have them back in Spring to repair our system after addition complete.

Description of Work: I had an entire sprinkler zone that was not working. They arrived on time and quickly figured out that it was a wiring issue. They fixed the wires and checked to verify everything was working. Very professional and efficient. I will definitely call them with any future issues.

Description of Work: We called four companies last year when they were all too busy, our bad, but this is the only company that took the time to come out. They educated us and gave us a bid for this year. We did not call anyone else after that as they stood out. Job now done and they did great job! Description of Work: The irrigation system on my property was not functioning due to previous owner removing valve, control panel and other. Last year I had several people come and take a look. John came out, took a look, determined what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable estimate. I was most impressed by the confidence he showed in his assessment of the situation. His plumber attached a new valve.Then John and his crew had my system up and running in a matter of hours. This spring there leaks due to gophers snacking on the pipes underground. John and his crew found the leaks and quickly replaced the pipe. I would definitely recommend Innovative Irrig Services to everyone.

Description of Work: We had an underground sprinkler system installed. John, the salesman, was excellent to work with and designed a system that seems to work well. We actually only had the system a few weeks before it was winterized. We will be able to tell more next year as all of the heads are not totally adjusted yet. Our neighbor made the recommendation and has really enjoyed his system. If the folks we worked with are any indication of quality, service, etc, this should be an outstanding system.

Description of Work: On the first visit to the house John and Joe were given the task of locating the valve that was not closing properly and determining the cause. They fixed the problem and put covers on all six valves for easy location in the future. I appreciated thier professionalism and effeciency and the fact that they showed up at the time they said they would. On the second visit they again showed up as scheduled and moved two heads for me,replaced my 12-yr old hunter control box with some new technology and ran two drip lines to reach my deck. John and Joe are a great team and I'm glad I found them. I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need some help with my sprinkler system. Additionally, I would say that thier fees are completely reasonable!
