Description of Work: Scheduled twice to come out and provide service estimate but failed to show during week indicated. I performed follow up calls with no response. I have lost 2 months on project waiting for contractor

We regret to say that there are times when our work load far exceeds our ability to be everywhere at one time. Though we do strive to please all our potential clients, there are those who do not have the patience and understanding to realize that we cannot always get to there job at a specified time, Things do come up, and jobs can take longer than expected, therefore causing a delay, and missing a meeting. we tried to reschedule this one, yet to no avail. we are sorry for the mis-understanding, and wish this person all the best in the future.
